Clean rooms with good amenities. Unfortunately the description of the room as far as privacy and courtyard access was completely incorrect.

Unfortunately the pictures didn't match the reality. The room stated courtyard access. We took this to mean we had access to a courtyard for sitting in or use. There is no courtyard, only car parks in between the 2 buildings. The ground floor rooms have no privacy as all the upper rooms and everyone walking past can see straight in. This meant we had to close the curtains while in the room. Deceiving descriptions of the room.

Good size room and had all we needed. Shared bathroom, but no one else used it. Parking on street is only 3 NZD per hour for three hours and free from 8pm to 8am.

WiFi had no internet connection. Hotel parking offer is expensive - we didn't use it.

Location is very good, walking distance to Cuba Street. The staff is really friendly and helpful, even though the hotel seems to be unattended. Loves the easy check-in/out process.

The carpet in the room is a bit dirty; I can spot some spots, and my daughter even found a candy wrapper under her bunk bed.

I liked how close of a walk it was to where I was attending an orientation.

My window did not close properly and the toilet wasn’t 100% clean. I also could hear everything that was going on around me.

There are much better places to stay in Wellington for much better value.

The listing is deceptively worded to suggest a private bathroom in or adjacent to the room. The bathroom was across the hall through two fire doors. They responded to our request for a parking space by telling us there was free street parking. There was not.

Smallish room, didn't really see anyone much. No key in the lock box when we got there and just by chance we met one of the staff on their way out who could sort it.

Location was ok, first staff member we had was lovely

Not very clean, my daughter had dried snot on the walls by her top bunk. Needs a deep clean. We were given 1 face cloth a day when there was 5 of us, (I had to purchase more) then when I requested more for the room, the worker replied with the policy of 1 per room, but did bring us more in the end. Also not enough breakfast given, and we were given porridge that needed a microwave or oven, which we had neither. I also couldn't use the jug as it was black inside. Also upstairs guests noise was very loud.

Beautiful and spacious apartment.Loved the living area and two bathrooms.Location to everything was on point.Highly recommend.

room was very smelly unfortunately (not sure whether that came from the old carpet?), room in general looked a bit out-dated. For the very good location to the center and the friendly staff however a reasonable stay in Wellington, if your only staying for a short time

Sometimes I couldn’t get in ten bathroom as it as always busy so I had do go down stairs do the bathroom

Loved the communication with emails providing access to key left in a safe box and everything in the room was comfortable. The location and free ivernigh parking on street outside a bonus

The hotel unit is rommy, clean, and comfortable. It's got all the necessities for cooking as well as entertainment.

The stairs leading to the unit were a bit narrow to climb when carrying a suitcase. Occasionally the vehicle traffic at night on the street as well as pedestrians talking on the street could be noisy.

Good atmosphere

TV was not working properly And we thought according to the image will get the hot tub room.. but unfortunately we booked the other one.
