We had to stay due to flight cancelations and bad weather and they really helped us when we had to extend our stay-so thankyou Barney and Bhagi in helping us through a very stressful time

Room functional but cramped for dining or watching small tv. On airport flight path so quite noisy, fortunately about 10 to -20 an hour and stopped from about 11pm and started about 6.30am. Could benefit from redecorating

Room was a bit squeezy but fine for one person.
Great continuous personal service meant we really felt valued. Every comfort was catered to, for example heaters, electric blanket, Sky TV, places to put luggage, bathroom layout, kitchen supplies. Daily unobtrusive cleaning and tidying by a friendly, efficient housekeeper was much appreciated.
The only very small thing was that I usually have bedding that one can pull right up to the chin, as at home we usually sleep with an open window. However this didn't really matter, as the options to keep warm and fresh were great. We slept well, thank you!
