Friendly staff who upgraded our room since we were there for 5 nights. Nice to have guest laundry available. Several good dining options and New World grocery store are within walking distance. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Harbor area and 20 minutes to Cuba Street.

Bed was on a bit of a tilt. Parking was limited. We took an Uber one night so as not to lose our spot.

Value for money. Clean and easy to find. Parking space is important to us. Walk to museum only takes 10 minutes. And 5 minutes away there are a lot of restaurants.

The electric stove isn’t good for steak cooking. It might have temperature capped limit which makes it not heat enough for frying. The staff is not checking the booking msg that often. We tried to communicate several times but no answers.

Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Free parking was great. The room was comfortable and clean. They made sure we had extra towels as their staff was off on Christmas day.

No suggestions, it was what we expected.

Location is prime as it is close to shops and other facilities. It is a 700m walk to the start of Mount Victoria summit if you are looking to do some casual hiking. Very convienent place to be at. Solid parking spots as well

For a motel you get what you get. The quality is not the best and it does look seemily clean but also old. Beds are too soft for my liking and how the shower is placed with the shower door is questionable. It place does the job of housing people to stay but would not say it is a conformtable or clean place to stay.

The staff were welcoming, and the unit was spotless. The location is within walking distance to the city and Te Papa, although near the busy area of Courtney Place, it is quiet.

We had no issues during our stay at the motel.

I came in after the office was closed but had no trouble with the key as i was text on what to do

some of the windows allowed the wind to be blown and made a lot of noise-it was a Wellington evening that was blowing eavily

Great location, lots of parking (first come first serve), quiet, and easily walkable to Wellington downtown. Check in was easy and friendly, and managed to check in a bit early. Room was spacious, and they provide daily cleaning service. A small kitchenette is available but we didn't get a chance to use it. Tom Boy coffee shop next door has great pastries and coffee. Lots of restaurants available within 5 to 30min walking distance. 10 minutes walk to the waterfront, museum, and Harborside Market (Sunday morning only until 2pm). We would come back again!

Bathroom and kitchen are a bit outdated, but still functional!

As I am short, the corner cupboard in the kitchen was too close to my head when using microwave.Accept that I am not the norm for design !

Stayed two nights in this old but reasonably well-maintained lodge (motel), in a great location. Free parking right next to unit. No breakfast included, buy walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, shopping, and very short drives to most places of interest in Wellington. Walked for a great breakfast at Sweet Mother's Kitchen, and a great dinner at Phu Thai Esarn restaurants. Los Bandidos Mexican restaurant was so (6/10) - unlike California's endless chips and salsa, chips are extra, with a few spoonfuls of salsa, and more salsa is and extra charge.

Would have preferred a more contemporary place, but it was satisfactory.

Very good and super quiet live in this area And u also can park the car for free. And the reception lady will give you many traveling advices and recommendations go around the Wellington. She is very nice.

Convenient walk to The Papa and the waterfront. There are some close restaurants, we really enjoyed Sweet Mother's Kitchen.Spacious unit.

Minor issues with TV and WIFI

Great price for up to date, clean and tidy facilities. The TV had some issues, but I didn't need it on my short trip and stay.

The first room I was given, was a very old building and my room was upstairs at the back. After checking all three windows, I noticed there were no fire escapes. I asked for another room. The propritor placed me in a more modern room (different building to the first), which was great :)

Room 7 - from outside it looks like a hovel.Light poured into the room making it difficult to sleep.the fridge froze everything regardless of how you set the temperature.Party in the unit next door which appeared to be permanent resident.Lack of privacy.
