How close it was to where I needed to be and close to shops

How the door rattled with the wind easily fixed by putting a chair infront of it

Central location not too far from the airport so near same distance if you are going to weta workshop or Central business district

Proximity to the airport means you can still hear planes taking off. Didn't really bother me but could be a problem for others

Easy access; late check in; affordable; quiet.

The room was very smelly!! smelt like an ashtray, - very intense. Most windows were open when I arrived around 10pm, and when I closed the windows I noticed the smell which got increasingly intense. I struggled to get to sleep, and woke early and the smell hit me instantly. I couldn't get out of there quickly enough.

It had everything I needed and was clean and tidy.

The fact that when we made contact ut was to advise that despite us booking well in advance, they chose to cancel our booking to accommodate MSD emergency housing. Pretty sad that they will dissatisfied and inconvenience a paying person for financial gain. Humanity and moral across the NZ hospitality sector has taken a major dip and considering the only time I've attended a large event in the capital of our country, they could not accommodate anywhere foe excess visitors to the city. Very disappointed at the moral to put someone prepared to pay and spend money in a community aside.

It was good that there was no traffic noise at this location. And my booking was fairly last minute, so a relief that I was able to get a single room during a busy time for accommodation.

I had trouble finding the motel, because I don't have modern technology. After 5 hours' travel without incident, I had to spend ½ an hour looking for it. The TV couldn't be used, because the remote control's batterries were flat, and somebody had set the TV up to show only a small number of channels which didn't include what I wanted to watch.

Location was good for our stay. Greeted by friendly staff. Enjoyed the clean towels on each day of our stay.

bathroom needs a major overhaul and the night we stayed there was a police raid directly upstairs that went on for a few hours with lots of screaming and shouting so not the most relaxing night of our lives I think it’s called the 747 because that’s the noise we had to put up with sounded like a 747 taking off

Place was cold, heating wasn't on. Daughter got a single bed when told it would be a queen, which is fine but she didnt have an electronic blanket so slept with her jacket on. Didn't have enough pillows and was to soft.

The small room has all I needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfortable.

The drain cover in the shower stall floated off.

Perfect location for the purpose of our stay. Nice little kitchenette. Room was clean and adequate for a short stay.

Quite noisy. Could hear conversations in the unit next door and running water from upstairs shower. Also had to hang a blanket over the window to block out brightness of street lighting. Beds were uncomfortable, although very warm.

the rooms a nice and tidy warm and cosy close to shops it was very cool to have sports right there amazing place thank you loved it

Luckily it was a roof over ones head for one night. Thats what you get for the cheaper option.

The blind needs to be replaced with a block out blind. The current one is see through with light.
