Clean, well presented, staff were happy and friendly.

Too much noise. I didn't mind the trains so much but we could hear the guests above us use the microwave, go to the bathroom, and generally move around the room when they got in at 11pm.

The train line is so close but somehow I hardly ever heard it.

The bathroom was a bit outdated. Although the first time we stayed here back in December, we had a different room and the bathroom had been upgraded.

Lovely host, room had all we needed, aircon effective and quiet, bed comfortable.

It was actually in a really cool spot, back on to a park, 2 min stroll to the outlet mall and enough out of Wellington to not have Wellington prices.The room was big and comfy and everything we needed.

Google struggled with the address and sent us 2km away?

I didnt like the train being so close to my room but it was what it was.Didn't know where to leave the room key, office wasn't open when I left for work, the man I meet who signed me in and showed me to my room didn't say anything also there was nothing in the book in the room to tell me as I looked twice through it.

Location is great, very handy to train, motorway, shops, supermarket etc etc. Room is obviously looked after and in great shape, has everything you might need, and is very spacious. Setting is next to a little reserve with beautiful bush, a creek and a playground.... Really hard to beat this one for families! Free parking, somewhat close to my room, with easy access for rolling a suitcase.The shower pressure is awesome!!!

Parking access is a little intimidating at first, but once I figure out how to navigate that, it was easy. Bathroom was designed for accessibility and as a result it seems a little challenging to keep any of the floor dry.

The owner was amazingly accommodating, and the venue had ample parking for a trailer and was a short drive from the Wellington ferry terminal.

The room was spacious and very clean, with complete facilities, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We had three adults 1 teenager and 4 children and 2 toddlers which they were accommodating of. There was a mix up with the room we booked and what they were going to put us in when we arrived but that was sorted out quickly. There is a public park right next door which our kids enjoyed.

We booked a three bedroom apartment with 2 double beds and 4 single beds. There were only 3 single beds the forth one was converted into a couch in the living room area and did not have any bedding. The apartment was quite run down, and a strange smell that hung around the whole time. We had an elderly person with us and so the shower over the bathtub was not ideal as it was a trip hazard. There is no vehicle access to the apartment. The wifi is limited to 5g with use of code, and the TVs use this code too. so you can get through the allocation quickly. We paid an extra $100 for our teenager, 7yr, 8yr old and 2 toddlers, even though we checked in around 8:30pm. The following day we were out the entire day and we checked out at 7pm (we paid for 2 nights).

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here - it was every bit as good as the last time - the owners/staff were friendly and helpful (actually think they were better than the first time - which admittedly was 10 yrs ago)

Close to family. Basic accommodation which was out dated but clean. Staff we saw were pleasant.

If you like a soft bed you may find the bed too hard. Only one chair in the living room but single beds one could sit on. Perhaps further chairs as it sleeps 4.
