Pros +
- Perfect location or catching ferry. Nice and clean and quiet.
- Location was OK - close enough to central city by car / bus.
- The location was good for my needs and good parking. My room was warm and the ved comfortable.
Cons -
- The initial reception could have been friendlier.
- The place is tired. Nothing wrong, just getting old. The prices were very high but it was a very busy night in Wellington, middle of the school holidays, big event on.
- No stove in my unit. The kitchen unit looked like a laundry tub set up and not much bench space.

Dirty
Unfortunately this place is just run down and unclean.I hate leaving bad reviews, and I don't mind when a place is old, I understand that. But this place is dirty. The bathrooms have been renovated in the last 5 years so they could be very nice, but they not cleaned. Dirty walls, snot and god knows what other marks on the walls and doors. The couch was stained, carpet stainedAll other walls and stair rail was dirty.Nothing a good clean wouldn't fix, and that's the most disappointing part. After a day of traveling you just want to sit down and relax, not get on your phone and look for somewhere else to stay. Leaving your bags in the car because you don't want to leave anything in the filthy rooms. On the bright side, the location is awesome, close to ferry port and easy to locate, tons of parking (rare for Wellington). The place is big in a good way (or perhaps it means the cleaners are too busy). They have an onsite restaurant (but after seeing the state of the rooms I wasn't prepared to get food poisoning due to uncleanliness).
Fits for family of 5!Washer / Dryer available (gotta pay)Basic Kitchen available, microwave oven, fridge .Parking free!
Nil
Location was good as it was close to the motorway
There was mould in the shower, the bathroom didn’t have a lock on the bathroom door. There wasn’t enough cutlery for the 4 of us.All the lightshades were full of dust. The paintwork throughout was shabby and completely worn off.
Staff were lovely very welcoming. Loved their customer service.
There was a few damages in the property not enough air conditioning and really needs a revamp asap.
Good parking
Old worn out beds. Shower did not drain, had to wait 40min between showers to let the water level go down enough for the next person. Gross. Motorway traffic noise was bad, although I did expect this as it is right on the motorway. Other reviews say it is not a problem. They lie. We also realised it's also on the airport flight path. The outside lights did not work, absolutely pitch black getting to your unit at night including the stairs. Generally run down.
Excellent value for money as a family group of 6. Plenty of room with the upstairs beds.
Right from the getgo, was told our bed was broken and offered $30 room cost $315, the receptionist was poor timely mannerd. Our room was dusty, the upsatirs bed room with the spa had pubic hairs still in the bath DISGUSTING!Kitchen was closed as they were catering for fulton hogan to which I was offerd a roast meal.i dont eat mean so options were not that great, however they made my daughter a chicken burger n prwan . On ordering this the male receptionist said maybe take a blue light to see all the sperm in the broken bed Like wtfDefinitely expect a full refund
Great handy location, comfortable and affordable.
No AC
The owners are so sweet, the property was comfortable for our family of 6. They made us feel so welcome and helped with everything we ever needed!
The apartment was spacious, outdoor space for the kids and nice flowers!
Easy access, good parking
There was miss matched , crockery and cutlery, the furniture was loose or damaged with stains , blown bulbs, just tired.
Pleasant
Ants in fridge. Did not notice until departure as we did not stay long
Very convenient stopover place, next to highway but still quiet!
Nothing if I'm honest
Wasn't very clean to many cords hanging everywhere dark old looking and smellsWas cold toilets looked dirty
The staff were lovely. The spa bath was a great treat.
It is a distance from town but we learned to use the bus and the bus stop is at the driveway so that worked well for us
Staff was cooperative, we had some cleaning issue and it was sorted immediately by giving us another room next door.
Feel like my money had been stolen
Bad mannnerd staff, dirty rooms, pubic hair in bath.
Great place, easy access and close to all
Restaurant wasnt serving cooked breakfasts and we didnt find out till the morning...if we had been warned we would have made other arrangements
