The room size and kitchen equipment/washing machine/dryer.

Yes, the road side glass doors and windows are too thin and let the traffic noise in so much that it would wake you up from 4:30am every morning during work days. The carpet was not very clean and needed vacuuming more regularly.

The hotel receptionist was very helpful and gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations which were very good.

Price and location

The apartment is on the small side but livable. It is well-furnished, and the balcony is welcome. The location is excellent: close to everything and with good public transport within meters. I requested a silent apartment and was given one facing the interior patio; this was good.

We paid for two with breakfast. The property said that they never offered breakfast and that it was something Booking came up with. It was very hard to make them honour what we had paid for. When they did it, it was the bare minimum.

I liked that it was a small apartment with all the amenities one needed.

There was a little bit of a smell when you walked off the elevator to the floor and there was a fair amount of noise and banging that lasted for about an hour one night.

Really friendly staff, good location, nice kitchenette set up.

Beds, pillows, showers, and hair dryers could use an upgrade for comfort and use

Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thin, but that's a very minor point as pillow choice is so subjective. Noise wasn't too bad considering it was next a main thoroughfare. Parking was in the hotel basement and secure.

TV had a dead pixel with a line running through the display, made it hard to watch.

Convenient location, walking distance to CBD shops and restaurants.

A bit dated, the bathroom tiles looked very tired, some were cracked and in need of replacing.

The whole apartment needs a refurbishment.. the bathroom is disgusting, the toilet is leaking, the shower is mouldy and the paint is coming off the surrounds and is rotten

Shampoo and body wash empty! No comfortable chair. Fridge froze the contents!

Staff didn’t replenish the coffee and sugar but when we asked for more they were very helpful

Great location, clean room, had what we needed for the night.

Parking - it did have parking which we needed, however they don’t tell you how to get there until you’ve gone inside, so we had to go round in circles to find a place to park nearby to go in and get the key/instructions. Then quite awkward to get to the area. Very tight. Windows - we could tell from the booking but rather strange and not that nice to be an entirely internal room with windows to an inside atrium - i.e. no fresh air. Air con - worked well however was a standing unit so very noisy especially as it turned on and off with cycles. Couldn’t turn it off fully as it would get too hot and stuffy. Staff - no problems but weren’t hugely helpful/welcoming.

Decent value in terms of space for the price and location.

The apartment needed a deep clean - walls, light switches, carpet …

The staff were amazing. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating to all our requests.Great location, easy walk into the city bit of a hike back up though.

The lifts were dodgy from when we first went in them they were unnerving. Then the lift broke with my elderly parents and child in it it went up to the first floor then dropped causing them all extreme distress, they were stuck in there for 30mins until someone off site could assist. The aircon units are terrible, they're set to freezing cold, noisey and don't reach the bedrooms so you have to keep doors open to the noise.

We really enjoyed relaxing in the room and the space suited 4 people. The kitchen was user friendly and it was appreciated to have air conditioning.

Nice big spacious apartments of which we had 2 for our group... good secure parking and a very helpful team member on reception for both our stays here for our South North South Island crossings...

Slightly out of the centre but a doable walk and certainly would not put me off from staying again...
