It's location in Lambton Quay and easy entry to hotel. Bus stops right outside

No double glaze windows. No instructions left for operation of new a/c or microwave oven.

Location was accessible to all our needs - shopping, travel, groceries, pharmacy, restaurants. Hotel was clean, we did our own laundry for free including soap and staff was great especially Marisha.

Spacious and the staff were the absolute best especially the cleaners lovely and professional

The air conditioner is a bit noisy, and the parking area is quite narrow.

Access was unusual - all good but a little confusing

2nd time we've stayed here. It is really good value and well located in the CBD (only a couple of minutes' walk from the Cable car).Roomy and comfortable modern fit out.

Parking is a bit tight for an average rental SUV (Rav4).

The location, cleanliness, comfort of bed, kitchenette was adequate.

Allocated a dis-abled persons bathroom which I didn't request. I had no toilet seat & an open shower. No towel rails or hook to hang clothes. No chair to watch TV or eat - only a writing desk. No mirror.

Location was right in the city, rooms were comfortable, place was modern. Super happy with this

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Wellington. Everything was excellent—from the service to the overall experience. The staff were truly outstanding: friendly, professional, and always willing to help.I really appreciated how smoothly my requests for early check-in and late check-out were handled. Both were granted without any trouble, which made my stay even more comfortable and stress-free.I felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend.

Five sharing one bathroom a bit tight but we worked around it

No desk staff after 9 pm. Bathroom was very tiny. The door hit the toilet when opened.

Outstanding location and comfort. Possibly the quietest room I've had in a city location. Easy access to restaurants, pubs, the ferry, the bus station and grocery store. Bed was excellent, and the kitchen was properly kitted.

The Wifi was a little weak on the upside: 16D/2U. Uploading photos took a bit.

Close to the train station. Nice guy at the reception checked us in. Rooms were decent.

There was a big mess in one of the elevators with food smashed into the carpet one evening. The next morning it was still there. No one cleaned it up and you couldn't walk in with out the yuck getting on your shoes and luggage so we had to keep sending the elevator away so we could call a clean one to come. There isn't really clear marking on the outside to identify it quickly.

Location is great. Rooms are a bit tired in places, but overall good value. Staff were excellent and helpful. A main bus hub right outside means that getting anywhere in Wellington couldn't be easier.

Rooms are a bit tired in places. The back entrance (the one where the bus stops are along Lambton Quay) is hard to find. The privacy door latch was broken in the room I stayed in. I probably should have reported that...

Excellent location, walking distance to lots of places.Rooms were very clean, friendly staff, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.

We realised as we left that the dishwasher wouldn't switch on. Reception said they would sort it out, so it wasn't a problem for us in the end.

Bathroom is a joke. The door stopper is conveniently placed so you stub your toes when using the toilet. The wash hand basin had a shelf above it so you could not wash you face without hitting your forehead off the shelf. Water all,over the floor.

Roomy 3 bedroom with kitchen. Lovely outlook, light and spacious, fantastic location! Will definitely book there each time we visit Wellington from now on.
