- Was ignored at the front door in the evening (6:35pm) for about 10minutes until another guest let me in. The clerk was at the desk but could not see me to unlock the door. Suggest making the bell or intercom more obvious to new guests (signage?)

Quite noisy in the room with other nearby guests. I had inquired about parling - I knew parling was available from the website. I didnt hear anything back and was only told about the additional charge when I was booking in. Would have been good to know
