Good location, good value, nice staff except bar attendant

Breakfast/meals handled by nearby Mercure, they offer $10 discount voucher & overcharged even when queried. Raised with chef: advised had problems with employee. Manager too busy, would issue credit next day not immediately. Still waiting. Other staff OK

Brilliant location , not too noisy , great reception help, good shower pressure

beds were hard , no real aircon and only one fan for two bedrooms and a lounge area, very few coat hangars

It was a good location that was central.

The fan in the bathroom was loud and annoying with no way to seperate from lights

The room door had quite a bit of space between it and the floor and I could hear pretty clear in the hallway

Location was central. Room was adequate for a very short stay for two couples (good thing we are close friends!). Beds were comfortable

Facilities state "additional toilet". To this me means additional as in an extra toilet. Single small bathroom/toilet combined was not ideal for 2 couples

Location was great and 1 bedroom apartment was great value. Very friendly receptionist when we arrived and got into our room at 10am which was great

Shower was not as powerful as would like but useable

The location was accessible to everything. Loved how close it was to the Atrium cafe that served one of the best breakfast.

There wasn’t many staff around, but nonetheless the facility was kept clean and neat.

Adequate accommodation in central Wellington.

TV reception/streaming was abysmal. Totally impractical to watch due to buffering and failure. Living room couch uncomfortable. No armchair as an alternative

Didn't stay the night, checked into what is a very run-down hotel, went into very shoddy lifts, one of which was not working, then arrived in the room which is very worn, paint missing on the cupboard, bathroom fan that sounds like a jet engine, carpet worn etc Then to top it off the noise from the lift next to the room was so loud it was like being in the lift shaft, I rang the front desk to ask to be moved and was told the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked on the booking site, there were rooms available. We stayed for a couple of hours, but then left and went to another hotel.

The room was well appointed, warm and comfortable. Was a good location for us. Close to the Bluebridge Terminal,Te Papa and the Zealandia free shuttle.

Central Wellington CBD - close to Cuba Str, Courtney Place, Lambton Quay etc

Great spot , good value very spacious

Good stay, beds were comfortable and is walking distance to the waterfront & Te Papa.

Kitchen could be better equipped, no bowls, and not enough plates for family of x4. Parking garage was very tight parking for a standard hilux ute as roof very low and spaces quite small when other cars parked in there. Made it work but was a struggle getting in and out of the space.

The location to everything was handy. The view from our window of the harbour was amazing! Bed very comfortable.

Parking was quite challenging. Guests are directed to a distant parking area for an additional fee, and carrying all the luggage from there was rather difficult

Had to move rooms because of a terrible smell from the fridge.Very loud in the apartment from noise outside - music and voices until late into the night.Bed not comfortable

What a surprise: I got a studio on the 12th floor with amazing views towards the harbour. Very spacious, very comfortable room with a desk and chair, sofa, coffee, fridge, etc. Bedroom also nice and spacious. Awesome central location. I will book again!

Bathroom was huge, and because of ventilation directly to the outside relatively cold. But they had a heating unit installed that helped with the issue.
