Good location & nice staff

I had a handicap accessible room and it was meant for a guest in a wheelchair but for a person not in a wheelchair ... the linoleum floor was very slippery especially coming out of the bathroom. The room was not a good fit for me.

poor Wifi connectivity! It dropped constantly. Not great when you're trying to work done.

The manager who greeted us was very helpful and told us a couple of places to visit

Nothing reallyMe being ocd I may have hoovered the skirting boards as the carpet was dusty in the corners. But it didn’t affect the overall cleanliness of the room

Full kitchen, wifi, tv and a washing machine all in a fabulous location!

Window didn’t open very much (I was on a high floor but can o ly sleep when fresh air is coming through). No receptionist- good thing I had a phone to call for directions.

The extra $20 for a Premium room was a nice upgrade for a multi-day stay. Comfy bed. Kitchen was very functional with dishes and pans to cook. Shower was great. Parking across street in deck. Walking distance to everything.

The coffee pods were marginal. Couldn't see if it was possible to change room temp, so we ended up opening window to get air flow. The parking was $28 for overnight. I wonder if guests could get a slight discount.

I have stayed at these apartments previously. They are consistently clean, tidy and fresh. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms very well equipped. They have everything I need & more. The central location is very handy and convenient parking across the road. All this at a very competitive price - very rare these days.

The only thing that would make my stay better is to have air conditioning although having a door or window that opens does help with ventilation.

Very good location. The apartments are well-run and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our apartment had a washer/dryer in it. This was very welcome!

The shower head was in need of some attention, although when we mentioned it to the receptionist, they said they would send someone round immediately after we left, (so as not to disturb our packing.)

This peoperty is a essentially a college dormitory masquerating as a hotel. Billed as an apartment it was one room with a bathroom. The noted washer/dryer is a miniture version of a real one. The room has a TV but no avaialable channels BYOS (bring your own streaming device) which is not stated in the description. THe room also had a noticable vibration in the floor.

It was perfect for us. It was in a great location to all the places we wanted to go. There are great restaurants near by. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and a perfect size. It is a hidden gem.

Excellent location. Room was a good size, good kitchen facilities including a coffee pod machine, combined dryer/washing machine. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was tiny, it was hard to get in and out of as an able bodied person

My request for a high floor was met, so this was good. Friendly staff. The room was larger than I expected. The room was cold; however, the staff provided a heater which was appreciated.

The room was dated. The coffee machine didn't work, and the dryer (washing/drying combo) also didn't work. The room looked nothing like the pictures!! I reminded me of my old dorm room in the university halls of residence.

My go to place to stay in Wellington- quiet, clean, spacious, central to everything, friendly helpful staff. Home away from home.

Handy to town and Cuba Street, quiet (great sound proofing from traffic noise) good sized rooms, helpful friendly staff.
