- Very peaceful, the breakfast was great. I wish our flight wasn't delayed from Fiji. We would've Enjoyed more of the property. Big shout out to the receptionist Line for being able to add a couple more hours for my husband and I to explore the beautiful views all around and the room we got, was great. We had the beautiful view of the beach. Will totally recommend and book again with Sheraton Hotel.
- The pool is lovely.
Cons -
- My room was 250m from the pool. The balcony had lots of bird poo.
- Cleanliness and renovation on the spa would be nice, gym is too far from hotel

Linens were exceptional, bed was incredibly comfortable. Excellent air-conditioning.Very good breakfast buffet Beautiful, beautiful sunset views
I love everything about Sheraton. The customer service team was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We slept well.
Everything was amazing there was nothing bad about our stay.
The Sheraton has the most amazing location. All rooms have fantastic views and are within a stone's throw of the beach. The place was busy but never felt overly populated with people spreading their time between the beach and pool. Plenty of loungers for everyone! Stunning gardens and grounds.
The food is OK but not great and quite expensive. We stayed three nights and I felt we'were struggling for food options by the end as lunch and dinner are pretty much the same. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, interesting local options and a nice omelette/options from the egg station.
Excellent buffet breakfast, Hotel staff warm and friendly and helpful and beautiful environment. I also stayed at this hotel several times this year with my sons family and they made sure we were housed together
the rooms while clean and spacious had a distinctive smell of muskiness or Mould and affected my grandsons breathing. I also found it quite expensive for a night stay given that the smell was distracting from all the other good things. They also put us down the farthest ends of the hotel so was a bit of a walk for elderly people and little people.
We had an amazing stay at this resort! The room was comfortable, spacious and had such a beautiful outlook. The staff were exceptional, our rooms were cleaned to such a great standard everyday. The other staff , Salome Taulelei in particular, took such great care of us during every breakfast and the breakfast was fantastic :) Enender on reception was so approachable and helpful on so many occasions. I enjoyed a wonderful massage also. The beach here is awesome. We would definitely highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.
I would highly recommend requesting an upstairs room. The people upstairs were very heavy footed and walked around all night throughout their stay. There was also a night club that played very loud music until 1am in the morning on Friday and Saturday nights - this wasn't the hotel's fault, but it did keep us up. We were worried that the noise from the planes would be annoying, but they only flew over a few times a day - you could still hear them but it was ok.
We loved the view outside our deck! We loved the breakfast, especially the local food added to the menu (pan keke, koko rice, and fresh papaya). We loved the little details like the carvings in every post on our walk to breakfast. We really liked the location close to the airport and the ferry to Savaii! We will chose this place to stay again!!!
That we were only there one night! I wish we could have stayed longer!
We liked being able to sit close to the water on deck chairs and the view from our room. The hotel is very close to the airport and the port if you are catching the ferry to Savaii. The facilities were nice with some lovely views.Oddly there is a casino onsite - this provided us with some great entertainment.
Cleanliness of the room could have been better and the fridge did not work very well.
The staff and service was excellent!!!
Maybe improve on the breakfast menu like have more selection like bacon and different types of sausages or maybe better ham.
Loved the pool but loved the access to the beach even more! Staff were lovely and friendly.
It would be great if there were more traditional Samoan food options on the menu for lunch and dinner. Would be great if there were some kayaks/paddleboards/snorkeling gear to use at the beach.
Good location, close to the airport for early morning flights out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful outlook and pleasant gardens etc.
Its a very long hotel so the walk to the room was long. Our room was generally okay, but the dining table had only one chair and it was very low, an unusual choice I thought. Generally all looks a little run down, weeds in the gardens etc. The pool was quite difficult to get in and out of if you have a disability, there was no easy walk in entrance and the steps were big. Very disappointed that there was no water activities available, there was a great beach and reef but no masks and snorkels available. Food was average and the cultural night was an absolute disaster, technical problems, couldn't hear the presenter, very unprofessional.
The pool was so inviting. It had a bar where I could order drinks and enjoy swimming. The food was delicious and BREAKFAST OMG! The BEST BUFFET on the island!
Nothing. Everything was PERFECT! Oh, I forgot, you need to get some poker machines. I didnt enjoy the Casino which I was looking forward to.
Lots of restaurants, big pool complex, beach was great to sit on and swim from.
We visited with my sister's family and ours which consisted of 4 adults, 5 young adults aged 23, 21.5-, 20-, 18- and 17-year olds. The meals which included breakfast was great. It was a buffet and had a great range of choice. The omlette station was a hit and very popular. We had all our dinners at the resort. It was true what others were saying that there were no other restaurants nearby to go out for dinner. People also said the meals weren't that great at the resort which we did not find at all. All our meals were so nice, and we did not have one meal that we did not enjoy - complements to the chef! The resort itself is well maintained and beautiful. The pool area was really nice. We spent a lot of time at the beach as the water was warmer compared to the pool. We actually extended our stay by a few days which was no issue at all. I did have an issue with my Marriott membership, but the staff fixed that for me with no hassles. Upon leaving at 4am to catch our plane our taxi was late (the staff had ordered the taxi the day before for us). The front desk kept calling the taxi to see where he was. In the end another staff member offered to drop us to the airport in his own car which he did not need to do - unfortunately, I did not get his name but a huge shout out to him. Overall, a great resort and would have no hesitation staying again!
Real problem I know but having more sun lounges at the pool would be handy as there weren't that many.
- On the beach- courteous staff- wide variety of food choices- value for the money- strong WiFi throughout the resort- distance from the airport
- distance from downtown with hardly/no public transportation
The location was good, with ocean views and pool area, but 45 mins drive into town.
Loud music(boom boom boom) pumping out the pool bar all day. Just wanted to relax!Restaurant food was very average and very expensive for what it was!Food and drink was very expensive! They ran out of coconuts to drink on a daily basis! How is that possible when the place is surrounded with coconut trees? There was NO night time entertainment! Had to go staright back to the room after dinner! No Happy hour (drinks) at the pool bar!Need to a local musician to come and play music for the evenings entertainment!Need to provide an ALL inclusive at the resort!Need more staff on a regular basis to come around the pool area to ask for drinks/food etcSpa / massage area was VERY run down. Looked like a haunted house from a movie!Had a couples massage. One member of staff was excellent, the other was terrible! It was like it was her first time massaging! Need to upskill staff!Need more fruit and local produce during the breakfast period. The restaurant staff during the dinner didnt know what they were doing half the time. We sat at the table for 30 mins before we had our order taken! Needs to have a floor manager organise the staff with taking and serving orders.
The grounds were beautiful. The small beautiful beaches were bliss. We really enjoyed how relaxing it was. The rooms were a generous size with a balcony to enjoy the amazing sunsets. It was also right by the airport, so a couple times a day we got to watch the planes land.
The hotel is not being maintained well, so many things broken, not working or gone. We had absolutely no room service in the four days we stayed there. I asked at the reception twice and they said it would get done ASAP but never did. We found the staff not very helpful at all when trying to arrange activities, and the hotel provides nothing. The food and drink at the hotel is really expensive, even compared to other hotels in Samoa, and there is nothing close by to go for food. Having your own car is essential when staying here.
