We have stayed in motels all over the world and this was the most basic place we have ever stayed at. There was absolutely no effort at hospitality at all: no tea or coffee, no spoon, no water glasses, no soap, shampoo or conditioner, no cutlery or crockery other than two mugs & 2 tall stemmed wine glasses. There was no hair dryer and the only chairs to sit on were two tall, unsteady bench stools. The Television did not work and when my husband went to find assistance, the attendant had closed the office and disappeared (at 7.00 pm). It also appeared to me that the bed linen had not been freshly changed.

As is obvious from the comment above, there were many aspects of this motel that we found severely lacking.

The staff were friendly, it was a shame that they had closed early. There wasn't enough information given for the Internet connection, restaurant and pool times. The staff were in a rush to leave which I thought was odd. The hotel room was nice and cozy. The neighbors were friendly and it was close to everything including the beach.

I wasn't impressed with how the coffee cup wasn't clean. It was a shame that I didn't get to experience the restaurant and the pool area. The staff were polite and we felt welcomed to a point. The staff were in and out of the Bottle Mart quite a fair bit and I wasn't impressed.

Nice girl in the shop, but they hadn't communicated the room to her. Our room was unmade but she found us another which was great.

Very basic, expected a bit more for the price.

The book in your room started mini bar items and when I asked about it and took out of my book and said they didn't do bottle of wine Than when we went in for dinner I got the menu there only one menu to the hole eating area and It said bottle of wine $30 I asked about the bottle he said no we don't have that anymore I asked about 3 different means no we don't have that I was thinking wtf do u have

Friendly staff, great location, terrific pool and tucker if you need it.

Was a bit tricky to fill the kettle for a cuppa and a bottle of water in the fridge would be great. ...but I'm nitpicking really. Top spot and highly recommend!

First room was dirty (floors & shower) &A/c not working.Second room was better but floors still dirty - black feet constantly

Everything was great

I’ve been there twice before in the back rooms and they were good value, nice and comfortable.

They couldn’t find our booking, then chucked us in a very average room 3 opposite reception, toilet running, fridge turned off, pillows were lumpy and so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep, shower had dead cockroach in it, coffee mouldy out of date, milk 6 months out of date, drains gurgle when used this is the beginning of a blocked main drain ( I am a plumber), overall very disappointed after having two previous stays that were good.

The position of the motel was close to a supermarket and bottle shop and only a short drive to cafes. The beach is very close too.

We were disappointed that there was no microwave in the room when we arrived. HOWEVER the next morning we noticed a microwave was in the communal kitchen/laundry area just outside our door! We had been very tired when we arrived!!

There wasn’t any breakfast. We had a Pizza Supreme delivered to our room that was cooked at the unit’s restaurant. It was one of the best pizza’s we have ever had. The motel room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Steps to room, bathroom. Alcoholic items listed as being in room were missing, paperstated that we would be charged for missing items. Waited around for reception to be open at 9am, unfortunately it wasn't, and we had to leave a note that items were missing from offset. We then kept watch on our finances to check we weren't charged,

Clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Location was close to everything.

The pool was nice. Location was good. A/C worked well.

The soap was empty for the shower and the sink.The room floor was a bit dirty.No-one was in reception.No Wifi code/password in the room.Wifi was slow.

No bedside table on bathroom side

It is a basic motel.The bed was fine, and the linen was clean.Somewhere to sleep.They can deliver pizza to your room.There was a range of snacks and drinks in the room.

The bathroom light didn't work.The bathroom could do with an update.The sliding bathroom door got jammed shutwhile my husband wasn't in the room.This could have been a real issue. Had I been there on my own and didn't have my phone with me.I wouldn't want to stay there again.

Great location & pet friendly

Although I realise you have to pay extra for pets, this property had the highest fee out of the Motels we have stayed in
