Quiet and clean

No fly screens, lots of bugs which also attracted a couple of frogs. Not nice.

The air con was a bit noisy.

The apartment was spacious and fully furnished, with central aircon and tidy. The building has a small pool and has some toys to take to the beach (knee boards, noodles). Fully cover parking.

It is not really close to Bargara’s or Kelly’s beach but is close to Nielson’s.

Handy luggage trolley's ready from the basement carpark to help get your things to your unit.Loved the sensor night light. Helped getting to the bathroom in the night without having to use the big room lights. Kitchen was spacious & had all appliances we needed. Staff were friendly & welcoming.Basement carpark meant car was locked away safely. Clean and fresh.

Pillows weren't comfy for me. Pool area is really small.

The staff isn't willing to help, need to beg for another roll of toilet paper for staying 2 nights.

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in unit 202, it was beautifully styled, comfortable and had everything we needed for a family for 4 for a week. Loved the coffee pod machine and frother! The kangaroos outside were beautiful and such a lovely walk to the beach.

Easy access. Underground parking. Not to far from the beach

Very hot in the morning - needed to close blinds before going to bed so the sun didn’t cook us first thing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was well presented. The rooms had all the required items, and the location was great.

The lounge in the room was uncomfortable

Nice big apartment with balcony in a modern complex. Good parking undercroft. Friendly staff.

Way further back from the beach and out of the action than we had expected. Weather was terrible lots of rain so that didn't really matter as we couldn't walk anywhere anyway, but worth not in when you book this is not a waterfront property o near the water nor has a view of the water.

Great location in Bargara, 10 minute drive to the turtles at Mon Repos. 15 minute drive to Bundy CBD. Good size apartment with facilities. Short walk to the patrolled beach. Greeted by lovely staff.

Close to beach, clean, tidy apartment, great for families

Close to the beach and playgrounds. Mob of kangaroos living in the reserve next door were a nice surprise. Clean with everything you need for an apartment.

Would have been nice to have an en-suite but the bathroom was roomy. First world problems! Pool was a bit dirty - bug etc.

Sharon and Col were incredibly helpful. They helped us navigate the area. It was the one place on our trip where we saw wild kangaroos out in the park. We had dinner at a local Bowls center and saw a bit of Australian life. Everyone friendly. Cute beach shack nearby for breakfast and lunch.

The location is a bit far from the main restaurants so we could not walk it easily. The taxis are far and few between and the shuttle can be quite expensive. I recommend a car hire or be prepared to pay. No real public transportation.We booked it so we could catch an early ferry to Lady Musgrave Experience, which was cancelled.

Great parking, rooms great layout, close to restaurants and shops

The carpet was a little dirty, the beds needed to be moved and the carpet cleaned. No flyscreens meant we couldn’t open the windows

Great value and quite location. Excellent wifi.

Spa wasnt heated.

A great apartment for a family of 4. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed, rooms a good size. Walking distance to Bagara beach and local skatepark. Maybe 2 min drive to the main street. The apartment was clean and tidy on our arrival.

Everything was good

The unit was very well equipped, a good size with park views, lots of light and a good balcony. Great location for us, close to a good swimming beach. Secure parking and a lift makes things easy. Check in was easy.

We were told the lift wouldnt be working one day due to works and the garage door would remain open also. There were signs to this effect also. Not mentioned was the fact that all power in the building would be out 8 am - 2 pm. When I said we werent told of this, the response was terse. We learnt the general area had a planned power shut off, and it didnt inconvenience us particularly, but to not be fully informed and then told I should have realised was rude. Not being Qldrs the word Ergon didnt mean anything to us. We thought it was just to be work to the lifts and garage door.
