Room very clean, all staff very helpful and friendly, bed very comfortable. dinner was excellent - well cooked and appealing and dessert was absolutely delicious.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect. I have absolutely no adverse comments to make.

Comfortable bed & room. Excellent restaurant & meals. Even though the room was next to a busy road, being a regional town, the night traffic drops right off & we had a totally undisturbed sleep.

Couldn't get their website to work when I tried to book at our previous night's stopover town. Advised them of the issue and they must have sorted it, as I tried it next morning & it seemed to be working ok.

Best motel I have ever stayed- central location, on the main street and right next to close. super spacious room, washing machine and dryer are definitely a bonus

Close to all amenities. Room was larger than expected. Easy check in. Parking outside the room.

In the morning, the drain in bathroom began to smell very bad. Had to shut bathroom door.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. The meal from the restaurant was tasty and great value. Overall, a relaxing stay with no need to move once you've parked the car.

We had been traveling for over a week and came upon some very disappointing accommodation along the way . Really wasn't expecting such a lovely and clean and modern room! We couldn't fault the place at all ! Love it I would definitely stay again

Absolutely nothing ! If anything we should have stayed another night

The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well as it was still fairly cool out.

Nobody there to check us in, we wandered around looking for our room for 10 minutes, its dated and looking a bit tired.

The cottage was huge, it allowed all the kids their own space. It was warm and cosy with the fire and more than large enough kitchen area. The beds were comfy and warm, the extra blankets were easy to find and use.

Extra kindling would have helped with the fire. Some of the prefilled conditioners and such were empty. Only thing the cottage missed that would improve it massively is a basic stove or hot plate.

The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The room was equipped with a microwave, fridge, TV & tea/coffee making facilities. Spacious bathroom. Great room layout.

This is a Very nice clean and comfortable Motel. For a small country town it's located in town offering good facilities. Staff are very friendly . Great stop is you travelling with small dog and need a couple of nights to chill and relax.

Nothing was of our dislike

Convenient and close to city centre.

The parking outside the room was haphazard and had to park on other side of car park. There was no crockery provided although there was a toaster and kettle.

Location

Not enough parking. Then abusive, threatening and factually wrong note from Manager left on car when parked elsewhere. Room was dirty with stained carpet, bugs in lights and exhaust fan in the bathroom clogged with dust .

Huge room, bed & bath, good location.

Checkin and checkout were very easy. Room was large and very clean with kitchenette, laundry facilities.

Our room was immaculate, carpets clean, walls freshly painted. Linen crisp

Nothing, would of been nice to include breakfast, and if the on site restaurant was running, but there is plenty of local places to go

Shame the restaurant was closed due to staffing problems

The bathroom floor needed a good scrub, lots of lint and debris from the dryer in bathroom
