Arrived late and just passing through so the comfy bed was just what I was looking for after travelling. Really friendly and helpful staff.

This is the second time we have stayed here on a stop over, the lady at the front desk is so friendly and helpful, stayed up late to meet us as we ran late arriving.

Room 1 was terrific. It was quiet, a good size, had a great bed and shower and had an outlook onto a grassed area on the side of the property. The lady at the reception was very welcoming. The motel is well-located and very easy to find. It is very close to a petrol station, Coles Supermarket and is a pleasant stroll to an excellent variety of small shops and historic dwellings.

Reception waited for our late arrival. Showed us to our room. Heater already put on ready and offered to help us unpack our car

The room was a wonderful size with step in shower which I prefer. Bathroom size good. The Free Wifi was also reliable. Parking was designated to ensure you had you spot when you returned - this is certainly a plus.

The bed mattress could be updated at least with a topper. It was too firm for a comfortable sleep especially when you have had a busy day of sight seeing.

Receptionist was lovely,just a shame about the position of the room Room was comfortable

Very noisy!! Road noise is bad and the people in the other rooms were very inconsiderate. We were awake at 3.30am and left

Bed a little too hard

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy.Motel is located just out of main hub but only a short drive to a number of paces to eat. Very quiet and there was no disturbance from passing traffic. Would definite stay here again. Manager was very friendly and had plenty of good advice for good places to go

Why do Morel owners turn off the fridge when they know the room is booked?? Have been caught out twice on this trip.

Good location. The room was very clean and in a great location for us to attend the Tenterfield Show

Lovely lady ‘Chris ‘at reception was so friendly & kind. Room was very clean with everything you need at a motel.

No green space. Understand its hard as in centre of town.

Furnishings and furniture were almost like new. Bathroom was impeccable. Double glazed windows made for a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and efficient. Everythi g was clean and fresh and most importantly the bed was comfortable.

For an overnighter there wasn't much to complain about.

We provided our own b'fast. I'm Celiac - just easier anyway.

The level of noisy traffic from trucks late at night on main road - not something under your control.
