Filthy, uncomfortable bed, smelt mouldy. Would not stay again

Big room with space, chairs and tables, seats on outside balcony . Helpful staff to coordinate keys for our late arrival.

Bathroom needed up dating. Hot water took ages to come through and could have been hotter

The bed, the mattress was well worn as in you lay in it not on it,very uncomfortable

Clean and comfortable. Very near the beach , IGA and restaurants.

Maybe a laundry area will make it more amazing. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

Motel was in a great location, but my goodness was our room dirty! There were dead bugs on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom sink and floor. There was hair (not ours) all over the shower when we arrived. Looks like the room was not cleaned very well at all. I wouldn't have mentioned it to reception, but the elderly gentleman gave the impression he could care less what we thought.

Cleanliness needs to be better, also there was no shampoo or conditioner offered. There was a leftover water jug in the fridge which I think was from the previous guests.

Very very old needs a good up grade way to expensive for what it was. No hot water couldn’t move in bathroom.

The motel was what you would expect from a 3 star premises. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the airconditioning and fans worked. I wouldn't say it was exceptional but it met expectations. It is ideally situated because you can walk pretty much anywhere you need to around the town. Also has a swimming pool which my granddaughter loved. They also allowed us to check in early which was kind of them.

Room 24 was upstairs in a dark hallway and very dark and somewhat damp. It was raining. My daughter-in-law and granddaughter were in that room and they didn't like it. When I booked, I asked if we could have 4 adjacent rooms but we didn't get them. We got 3 adjacent rooms but the 4th was room 24. I'm not sure why that happened as I certainly booked well in advance.

Location - it was close to the main beach and shops

Rather dated decor. For $300 more we could have had an apartment in another property that was newer and larger. When it rained there was a leak in the guttering that dripped on the carport and kept us awake

Location was terrific. Rooms were spacious enough except for bathroom and small kitchen. Bed was comfortable, good fridge and most things provided.Everything was neat and thoughtful.

It’s dated. Sort of 60’s looking. Very small bathroom.Our apartment backed on to the motel’s car park so had to have blinds down as people were right outside your windows. No sleep in’s here.No views except for car park at rear and lounge faced pool with tables etc virtually right outside room.

Close to everything can walk to hotel bowls club and shops just a shower stroll

Flexible with booking, Dave is helpful & friendly. The pool was perfect.

My room smelt like seafood had been cooked in it, and then they tried to mask it with Lavender toilet spray.
