What a beautiful stay! We loved our glamping tents - they were so spacious and had everything we needed. The main bed was comfortable and plush and the bathroom was massive! Great little kitchen stocked with a microwave and good size fridge. The grounds were immaculate and there was so much to do for the kids as well. Our kids loved the two pool slides, bouncy pillow and we also got to enjoy a little firepit by the river. Food was also great with reasonable prices for lunch, dinner and drinks. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Our room was a bit cold even with the windows closed but other than, we can't fault it.

Loved it. Love the campsite and facilities. Convenient location- close to the shops, short drive to sea life and treetop challenge and even the beach.

A safe resort for families with numerous activities and exceptional staff. The restaurant has a great menu and the food is delicious.

Our tent did not have a view of the river which was a bit disappointing but not a deal breaker.

We absolutely LOVE the STAFF there ! The front desk / office and admin ladies are wonderful and so helpful . The on site Manages ( husband and wife ) are lovely ! They all go above and beyond when it comes to customer service . I’ve been going there for years . We only live around the corner ??‍♀️ another plus to staying here .. they also cater for small even or function related stuff too. My son has had multiple birthday parties that were held there . They looked after it all . We organised that on one of our check outs too by chance .. So WE LIKE EVERYTHING 12/10 for sure . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in a Safari tent and absolutely loved it. From check in to checkout, we were very impressed with Rivershore. The staff went above and beyond to help in all areas of park. The restaurant staff were so friendly and warm. I’d never stayed in an Ingenia location prior to this, but can’t wait to visit again and bring my grand children. Great place for kids. Awesome pool and all facilities were impressive. Loved the tent. The bed was great and the bathroom was wonderful. Everything you need for a great holiday whether long stay or a short staycation. Looking forward to coming back.

The Safari tents were just gorgeous. So well designed and stylish.

The fact that the noise curfew was not policed by staff. Staff should be wandering around from 8:30pm onwards ushering children back to their tents etc to be quiet, and telling teenagers not to loiter around the Safari tents.

The bed was so comfortable! The room was very impressive. Mostly exceptionally clean and well presented.

The bedside tables were nice features, however the open wood look on the top surfaces has collected ALOT of dust and ants were quite active in these areas. It would be better to fill the top with a clear fill to a flat sealed finish.The highest point on the ceiling needs the cobwebs vacuumed away.

Found clump of hair in shower and had to remove it with tissues, so was not cleaned before we arrived and looked like coffee had been splatted on the pillow case, assuming it wasn't replaced before we arrived. Besides these 2 issues, it was a lovely stay. Just a miss on some cleaning.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Amazing facilities. King safari tent was great and lots to do on site. Staff were also really helpful. We had a great time :)

Camp bed was not very comfortable so 3 of us ended up sleeping in the double bed

Glamping abit dusty and my son fold bed was uneven n broken which cause him bad sleep all 3 night in row

Loved that they were events three times a day for the children from balloon making to live animal shows and pool parties. And the clamping tent was absolutely amazing.

Had a little trouble managing lighting/fan and air conditioning. Took a bit of fiddling to get right fan speed, temp, lighting. Fixed it by opening windows to get more light and air.

Would have liked directions to use a/c and fan/lighting combo. Not a huge deal, worked it out eventually.
