Wunpalm Motel & Cabins - Late check-in available

Very good location and reasonable priced.

A little old looking.

Staff were very approachable and helpful , price was good , cleanliness ,perfect !

The only negative was the swimming pool was a bit dirty.....

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable!

Good location.

Having to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. Freezer section wouldn’t freeze a water bottle .

Disappointing

Motel room is way out of date the shower rose is suitably for a 5 foot tall person

Super lovely and helpful receptionist! Room and bathroom were comfortable, spacious and quiet despite the thin walls.

Staff were friendly, plenty of Parking, close enough to walk to the bars and clubs but far enough away to be a potentially peaceful evening. Room was neat and tidy, very modest but just enough.

The long term tenants are super loud, inconsiderate and just bring the vibe down. They were screaming and cackling like a bunch of hyenas until 1am, while I'm trying to sleep and make sure my toddler stays asleep despite their carry-on. I am all for friendly jovial conversation, but they were screaming between floors. I get it was a Saturday night and during silly season. But c'mon.

Staff were wonderful

Older property but very clean and well maintained

Well located property with all the basics one needs for a quick stay.

Shower head is so low you will need to duck under it to wet your head. Complimentary milk portions were long past the best before date. Although room is a "non-smoking" place the shared balcony is not.

Swimming pool, proximity to river

Parking was crowded, outside concrete was in need of basic cleaning

Great sized room, comfy bed, pool was lovely also.

Pillows were quite thin but that was manageable. Also had no washing detergent despite needing to clean the dishes but we made do :)

Very poor

Very dated room, uncomfortable bed. Photos were misleading.

Clean accommodation and just right for a short stay. Coffee and tea facilities appreciated.

Very small wash basin so hard to clean teeth without making a mess.

Location was ok

Basic accomodation needing attention. Walls damaged, carpet needs replacing, basic furnishings.

15min walk to ocean street, and mall. close to the river and easy to check in and out. really nice staff.

the rooms are quite dated. but for a motel they served the purpose for our visit.

The room was airconditioned and quite roomy. Cleanly presented with all the items I needed for a short stay.

There was some noise from some kids staying there on holidays too, during daylight hours, but that is expected of a motel.

Poor service - Unfinished Kitchen facilities, no working tap in kitchen. Bed sheets were filthy discusted! unfinished renovated room!

overall everthing

The comfortable bed the location the friendly staff the property garden was nice an neat an tidy.

The instant hot water system was dodgy sometime we had hot water sometimes we dident but staff did their best to fix it .
