Sand Dunes Resort Accommodation

Location is great. Facilities are good. Staff are lovely.

The air conditioners I our room didn't work properly. On more than one occasion we were sweating in the apartment.

The pool, the spa, the closeness to the beach, the fact that there's lots of aircons

That we didn't stay long enough

Beautiful resort, spa and pool clean and well cared for. Location right near bus stop lots of areas very accessible. Beach very short walk.

Needs an update or at least walls/bathrooms re done, mould present and a good clean required of windows bathrooms etc

There are two great pools and one amazing hot tub. Its great to go down and play with the kids any time.of the day.

No breakfast

No staff available at the reception on arrival, faced difficulty reaching to access the entry. Blankets were not covered properly, they were simply covering with a bed sheet and hence can easily exposed hygiene affected. Floor carpets were old and dirty.

Pool was excellent! Very easy access to beach.

Can’t do much about the proximity to the airport. The place was clean, wasn’t missing anything, but I couldn’t see why it was more expensive than other places that are similar.

The resort pool is lovely. A winner for young children. Location nice and close to beach and walking paths - a 15 min walk to nearest cafe and shops. Great to have a double garage with internal access attached to our 3 bedroom beach hiuse house and we had our own back yard (artificial turf which the children enjoyed) fully fenced. Spa pool on roof was an enjoyable soak in the evening.

We stayed in a beach house - no 11 - its furnishings are getting a bit worn. Kitchen needs better induction cookware.

Amazing pool and spa

Dining table and chairs were flimsy, felt like they would break when sat on. Only had one thin blanket, so a proper doona would be good. More suitable kitchen utensils.

Nice pool, close to beach

Bit of a noise from tall plant scratching against the building on the outside waking us up and a little bit of noise from the nearby road.

The complex pools were perfect. The location to beach and walkways and public transport exceptional. The Staff went above and beyond to help us out.

The pool was a great depth for children and easy access to the Beach.

The property was clean, functional and had great ammenities to house a large family.

Apartment was very spacious, modern and clean and the added bonus of our ground floor apartment gave us direct access to the pool from the balcony The facilities were amazing we really enjoyed the pool and spa especially at the end of a long day.

Probably the best pool for kids you could ever ask for. Super clean and easy to come and go.

Pool needs a resurface, our room was dirty and out of date and the clientele was definitely questionable

Just a beautiful big resort, huge rooms with an amazing big spacious pool and close to beach and food outlets, so relaxing, beds so comfty and perfect way to spend Our 20th Wedding Anniversary

The pool is insanely beautiful. Much bigger than it looks on the photos. We stayed in beach house 5 and it was massive and had everything we needed. The spa on the roof was perfect. So close to the pool and the beach. We would stay here again for sure.

The only minor issues we had were the oven was essentially useless - tried cooking a chicken Kiev and after 40 mins it was warm. The washing machine hose was also blocked but couldn’t be fixed over the weekend, this was a little annoying as we then couldn’t wash stuff but overall it did not ruin the holiday.

The pool was excellent. Easy access from our room to the pool. Easy parking. Very clean and very accommodating.

Bathroom a little old.

The complex was superb. We were very happy during our stay. Comfortable beds were a bonus.. :)

1 toilet roll and 3 tea bags for a week!!! I paid $2000 for my weekly stay. I was disappointed when I learnt I had to PAY extra for more supplies. I thought that quite stingy.
