Location and the size of the apartment

Our room was given to someone else and after several conversations with the Manager this was eventually was sorted and given the apartment that we paid for before arriving. The process of checking in needs to be reviewed as no ID was asked for and no security credit card hold was required.

Location and staff wonderful. Beds very comfy to sleep in.

Room could have been cleaner. Someone had sat on the bed and left dark hair on the white sheets . Top of bed was all crumpled like someone had laid on the bed. Doors and tracks needed a clean.

Location was perfect to watch the NYE fireworks, it was a lovely surprise. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very comfy apartment, with everything you need. Comfy beds and couch, plenty of room for the family, even a study area for me to work from. We will be back.

The shower could do with a good scrub.

Ice machine on fridge didnt work, aircon in third bedroom didnt work, serious amounts of old water damage on most walls made it look very tired

The views pool and spa

The sauna wasn't available due to being fixed, and it was advertised in facilities as available.The furniture was outdated, and the couch was uncomfortable. We moved the couch to sit a bit further away from TV and there was stale food, broken up biscuit or bread as well as broken toys, so the cleaner hadn't moved furniture to vacuum in-between quests. It would have been nice to have a BBQ on the porch.

Bathroom bodywash & soap wasn’t great. The shower caddy was a little gross.

The Spa was not heating up

Clean apartment, great location, awesome view from our balcony, friendly staff. The pool temperature was perfection and the spa was amazing! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The location, the views, the place was spacious, clean, comfortable and a wonderful spot to get away. The staff were lovely, accommodating and kind.

Location. Apartment layout and views

Both bedroom windows had only shutters, but no curtains, which meant the rooms were bright as day at 5.30 am at sunrise. After raising it with management we were advised the apartment owner wasn’t keen on installing curtains. Almost all other apartments have curtains. When making a booking make sure to ask if the room has curtains or bring a sleeping mask.

Great location, easy walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. A large apartment with plenty of space for a family of 5.

Clean overall but the couches had sand all over them, and edges of carpet, under benches/tables and behind doors were not vacuumed or cleaned. Walls and curtains were stained.

The view was lovely and the kids enjoyed the pool.

The apartment was not clean. -Floors appeared to not be vacuumed.-There was dirty water still in the kitchen sink, there was no cloth/chux for the kitchen so had to use a face washer. -Empty toilet roll was left on the floor of the bathroom. -Hair in one of my children’s beds (single bed).-Hair in the master shower and purple shampoo on the walls of shower. -Dust everywhere! -Mould on the sheer curtains in bedrooms. I felt unclean and itchy in the uncomfortable bed. Time needs to spent really cleaning these apartments.
