Good location

lack of maintenance of the toilet ran all the time . shower screen broken. no towel replacement unless you go to the desk. would not stay again .

Room was nicer then the room I stayed in last time.Staff friendly.Restaurant onsite convenient.

location was the focus and it delivered, we didnt use the pool, went to the beach, beach access and the beach were great. the staff were very friendly and helpful

the cobwebs and spiders in the lounge room tarnished the experience, there were 3 sets of webs, they weren't fresh webs.no cutting board in kitchen

Great location. Pool was well maintained and clean.

Floors were sandy/dusty when we arrived.

I stayed in 2 apartments. The first which was a one-bedroom apartment had everything I needed. It was reasonably clean and it was comfortable. Had a lovely view of the ocean. The second apartment which was a hotel room was comfortable and had mostly what I needed and had a nice view of the ocean too.

There was a doona with some marks on it in the one-bedroom apartment. Maybe a couple of small bloodstains if that was blood. The hotel room needed a spoon. Thanks for the stay.

staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are old and tired and pretty daggy. The restaurant food was average. staff in restaurant were pleasant without being super friendly.

Close to beach and walking paths. Nice walk to Mudjimba and was fairly shaded. Loved the pool and bar area. Had a designated car park which was good.

The hotel room needing some maintenance . Shower screens that wouldn't close. Paint peeling off and the window was all closed off. You couldn't see out or open it.

The sea view

We find the sitting furniture in majority of Wyndham Resorts to be quite uncomfortable for seniors - low to get up from and not high enough at the back.

We loved the location everything at the one place Day Spa was amazing.Our view was great.

The smell of bleach going into your room it was that bad it singed the nose hairs off.Twin beds are not big enough to have in a 2 bedroom unit.

Good location and lovely swimming pool

The room was very small and difficult for two people to move about in easily. The fridge was very old and in poor condition - there was no bar on the door and so bottles fell off when opening. The seal around the door was very old and worn and the fridge would keep popping open. Compared to other places we stayed on our trip, this room was not good value for money. Whilst we did not have a Wyndham booking, as a Wyndham Club Owner, I was very disappointed with the quality of our accommodation. Very tired and in need of a 'do up'.

Beach, restaurant, beautiful view, cleanliness, comfortable bed

The relaxed feel of Surf Air, the pool and proximity to the open beach was so good. Having a bar and restaurant made the experience enjoyable. Will return

We stayed in a hotel room with a direct ocean view of Old Woman Island from our balcony.

The view from the room was as pictured - lovely view of the ocean. Pool was good.

Pricing for the restaurant was quite expensive and appeared to have no takeaway drinks available to order online (effectively room service).

The room was dated and needed some maintenance. Bathroom needed updating. Over priced for the rooms as they were. Needs an overhaul.

Close to the beach

Bathroom was very old and dirty. Not enough chairs around the pool.

The location was great, and the rooms were nice, as was the pool area.

The property should be made "no smoking". We couldn't use our balcony overlooking the beach because the adjoining apartment's occupants chain-smoked during the entire stay. The smoke came onto our balcony and filled the room. We had to stay inside to seal out the smoke.The neighbouring apartment made heaps of noise on the first night and the noise buffering between apartments is not great.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke on our floor near lifts and cigarette smoke on a nearby patio.

You have access to the beach right at the back of the resortBeds were comfortable and soft and staff were friendly You also get a washing machine and dryer in your mini apartment

It’s very outdated and the rooms itself are not cleaned properlyBoth little bins next tot the toilet are covered in rust and should be replaced immediately. There is mould growing on the picture frame in the bedroom that shows that it has not been cleaned in weeks or monthsThe curtains and roller blinds are needing replacing aswell from wear and tearAlso you we were given only 1 key to the room which didn’t make it flexible for us as a family of 4For the amount we paid for 2 nights it’s not worth the price
