Beautiful location and rooms

No toilet paper and the windows didnt open

Motel type service. This is a quite expensive hotel, at $345 per night. There was limited staff and no breakfast available Monday to Wednesday on site. We were given a voucher to eat at the local Cafe, which was quite nice. We booked a studio room with a balcony. The staff chose to put us next to the lifts, despite the hotel being very under occupied, so this was not very considerate. The room was adequate, but there is limited storage and the bathroom is tiny. For a hotel of this price, I would expect a pod coffee machine or better quality products, not Nescafe and Lipton yellow label sachets.The pool area is a bit shabby, futniture is abit dirty and some loungers are broken. The hotel has not been maintained and overall starting look dirty and tired in places. The main ground covering is tiled and they have not been swept or mopped for some time. The lift was quite dirty too . Breakfast was available on site on our check out day. The food was good quality.

Our room was perfect. We had a small balcony and a free bottle of wine to drink as we watched the sky pick up sunset colors. Access via the underground parking garage was simple and safe. The location in the middle of town afforded great walking opportunities. Our stay was quiet, peaceful, and restful. The creative use of the landscape in designing the hotel was very much appreciated.

We were given a room that catered for wheelchair access so the bathroom was an automatic door with a glowing green light that was constantly on.

Lots of pillows. Spacious clean rooms with big windows. Underground parking. Pub across road and coffee shops within 200m. Central to area. Pool hidden from street.Loved the welcome note and snacks/ small bottle of red.Did not eat at hotel - great food in surrounding area

Beds too soft for me - I sleep on extra firm.

Such a lovely property. Very clean very modern amd definately fits the title boutique. Lovely staff. Everything you need. And in the centre of the little township.

Easy location, on the main st of Kangaroo Valley. Very clean room. Beautiful shower.

The mattress was too soft and a little lumpy and uneven so it made sleeping a challenge

Excellent decor, very comfortable bed, well fitted with nice touches and complimentary snacks and beverages in the room. Quiet stay, no noise. Good to have the pool and lounge area. Excellent restaurant with fantastic evening meal, cocktail and cooked breakfast.

Would have preferred a bath, the shower area could be more modern with a screen instead of curtain but not an issue, still very clean and good size room.

Location of hotel in the middle of the shopping strip. Room design including layout, size and decoration was great.

Lack of room servicing even when we asked for a service. Messy outdoor areas. Lack of information about cost of supplied items eg. chips, bottled water etc.

Location, good sized room, well-appointed. Good breakfast options in ambient indoor/outdoor dining areas.Helpful friendly staff. Able to charge EV overnight.

Location and the size of the room

2 days was not enough.

Clean and welcoming. Cosy rooms with great facilities. Easy access to underground secure parking. Quiet location and excellent friendly service from the staff as well as great food at the restaurant.
