Pool & play area for kids is great, definately kept my toddlers and their toddler cousins occupied throughout the xmas season.

Pool area looked new, lots of space to swim surrounded by astrorurf and large tables under umbrellas to keep watch over children. Out of the way, no traffic noise. Sheep in the paddock next door.

Strong sewerage smell near motel rooms. Mattress protector stained. Games/function room large but most not working, no paddles for table tennis or ball for foosball table.

Very clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds, very good air conditioning, parking at the door, very pleasant & helpful staff.

Some of the tap fittings could be refreshed

Location of cabin - right across from sewerage storage. The smell was disgusting every time we left our cabin.

The pool

The shower wasn’t the best, and we had someone trying on our door at like 11pm at night

The room needed some updating. The door wouldn’t lock properly from the inside. The shower leaked to the point the wooden frame was falling apart. Could do with a good clean - there were old French fries under the bedside table. The mattresses on the bunk beds were so old we could feel the springs coming through. The screen doors either didn’t lock or were permanently locked so couldn’t be opened.

Comfortable bed. Bathroom cleaned although it smelt of too much bleach used in shower.

pool area is fabulous. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Camp kitchen was very well air conditioned, but the facilities are pretty terrible. It needs a big upgrade, and some new everything.Dealing with a broken toilet had to wait until the next day.

I liked the cabins; they were clean, homely, and nice. The staff are incredible and are very friendly. I would definitely book again. The pool is very clean as well as big, and I think it is a great holiday stay if you have kids. There is a big jumping pillow and many activities to join in on.

The pool area was great. In a good locations. Close to restaurants and shops. The beds and pillows were so comfortable

We loved the pool, playground and jumping pillow. As well as the scavenger hunt All staff were wonderful!

The toilet in the cabin has a leak and dripped slowly all night.

Amazing staff - efficient, super friendly and do all they can to assist.

Our villa floor wasn't clean (pile of debris from last guest had been swept up but was still behind the bin). Room wasn't clean and there were constant dripping in bathroom tap and shower head. However, when I noted these they were taken seriously and staff apologised and said it would be addressed as a priority.

Shower and bathroom was a bit too tight.

Close to where we were visiting, quiet, pub nearby. The cabin was so clean and comfortable and obviously updated. Checkin was smooth. Nice pool area and out in the country. We’ll be staying again!

Not within walking distance of amenities like shops but there is a limited bus and we had a car so no problem
