Great location, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Friendly staff.

The balcony was a bit dirty and not very inviting.

The complex is clean, well maintained and staffed are accommodating. Noel was so helpful and nice. And of course the view of the Hawkesbury river!

I could not get the door to open, i have bad arthritis and suffer from acute pain & could not manage the instructions given. i just wanted to go to bed & had to wait & then had to be forceful to get my door opened!!once in bed I woke up to find that I had bugs crawling all over me , i kept getting up to get them off me but gave up & sat in the chair & dozed as i could not sleep in the bed !! It was disgusting. I assume that this is bed bugs if not it was a serious infestation that needs to be attended to. Will not be going back to this hotel !!!

Unbelievable private balcony looking over the river. Eat-street and markets on the next block. Quiet clean good-sized room and bathroom.

The only thing good about this place was the location, I love Windsor a very beautiful historic place. However this accommodation, building was run down, dirty and the man on the desk very rude and not accommodating at all, not friendly. It needs a total refurb. He needs lessons in hospitality and how to make people feel welcome.

I hated that i paid an extra 50 dollar deposit. I still haven't received back and i will be calling to get it or ill take it further..its not right. I paid 140 for a room.plus 50..it makes it 190..no way man.it was very noisy too btw they told me they would refund me the next day..im not happy....jannnn! At all..190 for this is not acceptable..nex time ill jus pay a bit extra i reckon and stay at a fancy pants motel..im not happy at all..tia.Jo

Rude staff No customer service skills Very basic room. Towels too small None onsite from 7pm to 7am lights not working. 2 night stay no room service for second night no room clean. Had to sternly request

Customer service was rude unhelpful and had no interest in the customer or their needs. Had a total of 3 rooms and not 1 family member felt welcome or were spoken to in a friendly manner Would not stay there again.

No hot water had to have a cold shower, milk was off in fridge, so much glen 20 sprayed had to air out room before sleeping in there.

Lack of. Cleanliness, screen doorbell of holes and what appears to be an attempted break in, grey coloured white towels, dirty toilet

Someone knocking on my door at 2am and the volume of the tv in the room next to mine was so loud I could listen to it all night?

Holes in flyscreen door. Cigarette butts on balcony floor from previous guests as we are non smokers.Shower and bathroom vanity was mouldy.

The aircon needs to be updated it is noisy older style one and not a split system

There was no hot water in the bathroom at all.The towels were worn out.The toilet had not been cleaned for months.The kettle was disgusting.Terrible wet carpet smell.Be warned - do not stay in this Motel.
