The room was quiet, comfortable, bright and spacious. It had excellent aircon and a great TV. I inadvertently booked and accessibility room but everything worked and I liked the toiletries. Had in room dinner and was a little disappointed with the meal because it was a bit dry (I chose the Chicken Schnitzel with mushroom sauce). It was tasty but dry.

There was nothing I did not like about the stay or the facilities on offer.

I have stayed here 6 times and normally I enjoy my stay.

The room service was so bad. The baked ziti was cold and so was the garlic bread. I was so hungry I tried to eat it anyway but I felt sick quickly. The smell in the room was horrendous and it sat there all night smelling like expired fish.

Great facilities, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff (big call-out to Jenny). Both the bar and the restaurant have great service and good food.

The front desk staff Ashleigh and Jenny were wonderful warm informative and kind and made our experience which was an anniversary a bright one. It’s a place with a beautiful elegance and charm and lovely gardens throughout. The pool area was pleasant and while we had some rainy weather it was a great place to be with so much undercover. Rooms were modern and clean and while small, there was smart use of space and features I. The room. Location was handy and there are some nice function rooms. Breakfast was amazing.

Only minor complaint was that it listed to have a refrigerator and we brought some food, but realised it was a cooler rather then fridge, not suitable for perishable items. They should just alter the room description accordingly.

We did have one small hiccup and that they only advertised construction work on the weekdays but woke us up quite early on the weekend

Beautiful gardens. Awesome lizards on rocks near the pond., check in guy was excellent and very friendly. Loved the pool and spa. BREAKFAST was superb!

Dinner was not good. Like something you’d get in a bogan bowls club than in a nice hotel. It was a real disappointment and lets the rest of the place down.

The only thing that could be improved is the pool. It’s small and not very impressive or resort like. It was fine and the kids loved it but wish it would have been larger and outdoors. Other than that, it’s a great hotel. Loved it.

The views was pretty

The toilet seat was unclean, with visible faeces present, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. We also dined at the Crowne Plaza restaurant, but the experience was disappointing. The prawns were overcooked, as was much of the food, and it was not worth the price. We were unable to eat the meal. Additionally, the pool was not clean. Overall, the stay was very basic and did not meet expectations. We would not return

A beautiful elegant well maintained property with plenty of facilities.

Could possibly benefit from having an outside pool.

It was cosy. Everything is quite close. Loved the breakfast and hot chocolate.

Swimming pool was a bit small. But everything else was heaps of fun.

Amazing property, comfortable beds, nicely upkept, great breakfast buffet. Front staff were lovely.

Cleanliness can be improved, the desk had a sticky residue perhaps from previous visitors, so was the green tea packet. The pool is quite small and there were kids who played ball in the pool. The corridor smelled a little musty when we first arrived, the hot weather perhaps did not help.

The rooms were charming.The breakfast was very good value for money.Windsor is a nice base for exploring surrounding area.Members of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable.Some pest control is overdue.

The staff went above and beyond especially with the lil surprise cake in the fridge for my daughters birthday request to stay a night after we stayed a fortnight ago.

One of the biggest things we were looking forward to was the hydrotherapy pool, I have multiple disabilities some which affects my body temperature adjustment. I can't do the pool as it's to cool for me to adjust in a short time.We went to go in last night to only find out after walking to the area and back to reception to only find out it was under construction. I thought we would have been told amongst booking

Perfect location for our Futsal tournament. Great selection of food for breakfast, good value for money for our family.

Gym felt a little cramped.. great to see that much equipment but it was a little cosy at times in the morning.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

The room had ants running through it,the staff came and cleaned it twice during our stay and offered a free nights accommodation due to the inconvenience.
