Great location , good value, friendly staff

Tv remote control was temperamental.

A basic but well appointed and recently fully renovated room with easy access and on-site parking, The WiFi worked well, and the bed comfortable.

The door and screen need a little adjustment.

There was a BBQ area where we could cook meals. Nice outlook of the water.

The bed was uncomfortable- the mattress really needs to be upgraded.

Excellent facilities and room inclusions. Quiet property. No noise from neighboring rooms. Lovely balcony overlooking river. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Bathroom has no exhaust fan.

The owner was aggressive, rude, and disrespectful. Before my stay, I called ahead to inform him that I would be bringing a registered service dog. Upon arrival, he threatened to charge an additional $1,500 if I brought my dog into the room, which is illegal in NSW. He then threw keys at my daughter and 3-year-old granddaughter. The office had a strong smell of smoke, and there were three men living in rooms nearby, drinking and using offensive language. This environment did not feel safe for my family. My service dog was also refused entry. I’ve filed a complaint with the Ombudsman and Mind Dog. He did not refund my $880. Booking.com did also not refund. This place should not be listed as a holiday stay. It is a halfway house for men, with the owner being among the most disusting humans I have met. NOT A FAMILY DESTINATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great for homeless men on a budget.

The owner, the room, the smell, the shabbiness, the location. I stayed for 5 minutes. Looked under the sheets, and agree with another person a strong liklihood this place has bedbugs. Stinks of stale and fresh smoke. All this gleened from my 10 minutes at the property. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!!!!!!!! All say the same thing.

We loved our stay! So well maintained and lovely owners. Cute balcony overlooking the river and pool. Loved the free BBQ area for cooking. Very relaxing.

A lovely stay at Harrington Village Motel. A nice location within walking distance of beach and walking tracks.Motel was clean comfortable and cared for. Our room(2) was perfect for a short stay. Motel had a undercover outdoor kitchen BBQ area which was perfect for chilling out, playing games. Would stay again!

Neat, clean, convenient bed for the night.Good communication with motel.Easy access after hours - we arrived around 10:00pmRoom amenities - good - microwave, bar fridge, iron & board, extra pillows & blankets….Pool for those wanting a refreshing swim.BBQ area with good kitchen amenities, kettle, microwave etcHerb garden if wanting some for cooking. Chillis were great!Nice hit shower with big shower head.Parking at door.

Nice big room - well thought out. The guest bbq / kitchen area is a great asset too.

All good with the accommodation. Not sure I'd go back to that area though.

It was clean as a whistle. Great shower & room. Cleaned to a very high standard & neat as a pin. Great friendly owner. Camp kitchen if you want it with all utensils etc.

The place was awful, it would easily be the worst customer service we have ever encountered. they were very rude to us and literally went to the extent of knocking on the door and asking us to 'get out' as well as threatened to call the police and it was just a minute after the checkout time. the place on the other hand was not at all worth the money we paid for, there was a very strong smell coming from the toilets too. they were undermining us as if we were staying there for free.

The room was tidy and neat, very comfortable for a family of 5. Although a little outdated, it was suitable for our stay and the location was perfect for us (travelling through). There was a nice family friendly beach a short drive away and good places to eat as well.
