Right on the beach very clean had everything you need nice and comfortable

Everything was great

It was pleasantly clean and tidy. Great for our little family for a couple of nights. Perfectly situated near the beach and on the outskirts of town only a couple minutes drive away. We all enjoyed the pool and the outdoor facilities that were available to use. Will be returning!

Great spot on the beach . Very quiet and facilities whilst older did the job. Very clean and well maintained.

Apartment in quite residential area and easy access to the beach. Great 2 bed apartment with a lovely balcony on the east side of the apartment which was in the shade of the very hot summer sun. The Pool area is very nice with a tropical feel , giving shade. A well equipped BBQ area also in shade.

We had a misunderstanding with beds which was sorted immediately. Air conditioner didn’t work well on our last night, some things just break down.

Extraordinarily clean and ordered. Large room, perfect location.

Husband chatted about WI FI being a problem...I didn't mind as holidays are not about watching Netflix

Distance to travel to get to eating places.

Close to the beach, cleanliness and the facilities were great.

Small beds, internet was intermittent and the parking for unit 16 wasn’t great.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, very clean and great size.

The only thing was lack of good wifi, which also meant we couldn’t watch the tv. Which is fine except we have a toddler and teenagers who both use tv for regulation and down time. Otherwise it was great.

I like that the location was hidden away from the center. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The Beach is walking distance too which was great. The pool was a good size too.

No dishwasher :(

The location of the motel was excellent right next to the beach. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and more. Parking was undercover and you had an allocated parking spot.

When having a shower it flooded the entire room. The pool gate had a notice on it to close gently but no one did and it was annoying to hear it bang shut all night. The room was very clean until we opened the kitchen cabinet to find a large dead cricket.

Loved absolutely everything about Smugglers. Our room was absolutely stunning, the facilities were perfect, staff were wonderful. Loved that the beach was so close and we could hear it so clear from our room ‘ it really made it the highlight of our stay. And the frangipani tree outside our balcony was beautiful. Would highly recommend

Loved the jungle surroundings. Staff all so lovely. Friendly and helpful.

Furniture on the balcony was so not comfortable. Appt was large but bit dated.

A clean, comfortable and well equipped unit with plenty of room for a couple or small family and a very nice balcony overlooking the pool area. Although you can't see the beach from the unit it is well located in a quiet area and a very short walk to the beach. Undercover parking available and also a laundry with washer and dryer available for guest use. The staff were very welcoming and provided helpful information about local sights and amenities.

The buildings are showing their age but this didn't detract from our experience and we would be happy to stay here again.

People upstairs made lots of noise moving furniture.

It was very clean and convenient for the pool. Nice outlook into the garden too.

Not enough coat hangers. Only 7 for 2 people in our room.

Loved the pool, and the splash pool in particular was incredible for our toddler. Accomodation was spacious and tidy, will definitely be coming back for a longer stay!

The property is well maintained and rovides free outdoor and indoor games as well as on-site free laundry facilities.The staff member who welcomed us was very friendly.The beach is directly behind the property.
