The staff were extremely accommodating when we arrived for our stay. We'd had a couple of issues go wrong in our travels and the staff were more than happy to accommodate and assist in any way they could. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and clean

Parking was not suitable for the number of units. Cramped and very difficult to find suitable spot

Perfect location - Central to shopping and Facilities. Clean room and great pool for an afternoon swim. Friendly staff.

Bathroom tiles could do with a clean. The white bathmat was dirty after being on the floor.

Friendy greeting on arrival. The room was spotless. The bed was crisp, clean, and comfortable. Facilities were clean, and everything worked. There is lots of hot water to the shower. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Thank you for a good night sleep after a long drive.

Aircon was effective but was noisy at 3am. I am used to A/C with quiet settings . It was an easy fix, and the night wasn't too badly affected . I will still return to the hotel.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

There was nowhere to park with a trailer within the property. We parked in the nearest space on the road outside the property. Which was fine but further to carry bags in etc.

We enjoyed the friendly managers and staff, the breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked.The location was perfect for us clise to the beach and family members, Oh and the bed was actually comfortable. Thank you

The taps in the bathroom were unusable I had to use towels to turn them off the shower pressure was poor

Having to ask for dishes/ cutlery to make our own breakfast, then having to come down to reception to pick up a tray. Would have expected them to bring it up to us. We were on the upper level and being in our seventies it was difficult to balance a tray and climbing stairs.

We have stayed here four or five times before. Each time the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and there is no drama. It is not a five star hotel. It is a well run and very reliable three or four star motel. It's worth every penny -- if not a bit more.

Great location and great staff! Everyone we had an interaction with during our stay was very welcoming and helpful. While the facilities are a bit dated they are very clean and well maintained.

Room was very comfortable and had opening, sliding windows which we loved. Bathroom was small as expected in an older establishment such as this. We felt the room rate of $343 was quite high for accommodation of this age, even though we stayed in the week between Christmas and New Year for one night. Nice pool area and we did use the BBQ onsite, which was handy, as we'd had enough of eating out. Location close to Park Beach and shops was handy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Perfect location, walking distance to the beach. Fridge, toaster, microwave and tea and coffee facilities. Free onsite parking. And a pool to cool down in.

No cutlery nor plates. And an eco friendly not placing towels if they are not lying on the floor..
