All the comforts of home and facilities. Big bathrooms, nice big soft beds and plenty of towels.

Only issue was there was no hot water for two days of my stay

Staff were friendly. Apartment was large, clean and had everything we needed. We were able to cook a couple of nights. Pool was clean and close to everything. We loved it

Good facilities such as the heated pool and resort grounds were lovely to walk around. The room was clean and looked out onto the trees. The glass doors around the bedroom and the blockout blinds were great at keeping out noise and light when sleeping.

The carpark position assigned to our room was quite inconvenient. We have a one year old, so brought her travel cot, pram, etc. Our carpark was on the opposite side of the resort rather than where everyone else’s was which was under the rooms. Not practical.

This resort was amazing. The rooms were really clean and fresh, all the facilities were wonderful and staff were so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. I would definitely stay here again many times over. There is so many options at this accommodation you could spend the whole trip here and not need to go anywhere else! Being around nature as well gives it such a tranquil feeling!

The beds could have been a bit more comfy! They’re big, spacious and very clean however we’re a bit too uncomfortable!

The aircon was turned on to warm our room for our arrival. Staff were very welcoming as usual. As we have family living in Coffs, this is our third visit to Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour and we have two more visits booked. The TV entertainment offered is great.

Noise from pool. Perhaps pool hours could be brought back to 9pm however, some travellers might arrive later and want a quick dip before 10pm.

Friendly staff, great room, lovely facilities

Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooms were very spacious. Overall experience was good

The bed was fantastic. I actually wrote to the reception of the hotel after I got home and asked what type it was because we want to buy one. Unfortunately I did not hear back when I wrote to them. My wife said it was her best sleep in years. we really really want to know what beds you use.

The carpark is on a slope and the luggage trollies have no brakes, so unloading luggage on to the trolly from the car boot is a real challenge. I highly recommend you get trollies that have a brake.

Beach, walks and attractions all close by

The pool and play activities around the pool were amazing for the family.

The corridors could have been cleaner. The parking spots are also quite tight.

Apartment was big and well furnished. Everything was clean a d the room had a washing machine and dryer as well ☺️ staff were friendly with useful information.

Beautiful location with so much to offer, especially loved how you could just walk the paths and get to the beach or the other pools and also having the bar and bistro on site was awesome with great food and atmosphere.

We were told we could check in early and then couldn't get in until half an hour past normal check in time but all good, just annoying with a young child, and busy time so we understood.

Absolutely stunning location. The apartment was beautiful and the staff were fantastic, particularly Tracy and Millie on reception. They went above and beyond.Loved the free E bikes and the grounds were stunning.

The onsite restaurant was a bit impersonal and clinical feeling.

Clean , unit is big and fully equipped with washer and dryer.
