Easy to find and a spacious room

It was clean and comfortable and conveniently located.

We loved the location. Had dinner at the bowls club within walking distance. The owners were lovely and we scored a few cuttings from crotons. Thank you

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were happy to have a chat if you seen them out, which is nice. Location was great

Location was reasonable for some food access, other locations were further afield. Motel provided details of local establishments.

Bathroom was dated in its decor, but very functional

Air conditioning would not change from heating to cooling (absolutely essential in summer) and the bed was hard as a brick

You can see some updates, but it is tired and old and needs a lot of renovation

Location is good. Pool is nice.

Sadly it was not nice from the rue welcome to the broken air conditioner and then the broke exhaust. Not to mention the dirty floors which made us worried about the cleanliness of the room and bed.

Location close to beach, Bowls Club and local hotel ,friendly and helpful staff

Parking was very difficult and a bit of a shambles. Spots should be allocated by number of the room.

We were greeted and welcomed by a friendly lady at reception . I found her very helpful and kind. She gave us tips on NYE parking and we were able to settle in ok. The room was clean, sheets and room was in good state and had everything we needed. The location was well placed, with walking distance to the shops and easy access to the beach.

For a one night stay, it was good. Can hear all the noise from other rooms however this didn’t bother us at all as we weren’t in our room all day.

Good location, just a few minutes away from the best local pub and bowls club. Near the beach also. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

We got a ground floor room and could hear kids upstairs running around. Soundproofing was not very good.

So pleasantly surprised by how comfy and cozy this place is! Super close to the beach (walking distance) and close to Park Beach plaza etc for anything you need! It was exceptionally clean especially considering they were fully booked and would’ve had limited time to turn rooms around with back to back check-ins. Honestly couldn’t fault the place!

Good location, we walked to marina/summit of Muttonbird Island. Clean, large, room!

Pillows were too firm for my comfort.

Room was good. Plenty of space and bed was perfect. All normal facilities were available, tea, coffee, tv, utensils etc
