Close to everything, clean and very welcoming.

The poor quality doors and locks. As most Motels are cheap and put internal hollow core doors on an external entrance door you could just put your foot through the door and you're in poor security.

It was cheap. On a big commute, I just wanted somewhere cheap, clean and comfortable to sleep. It fitted the bill perfectly. The location was good, not too far from the highway, and close enough to the beach if that’s what we had in mind.

If we were truely holidaying, I might have looked for something a little more upmarket. This looks like its last renovation was back in the 70s, and really that’s not a big deal.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was good, location was terrific. Margaret was extremely helpful and friendly.All staff were great and polite.Very clean and tidy and veery helpful.

Lady in reception was lovely and very helpful. The pool looked quite nice and it was this picture that drew us to the motel on booking.com

The room was very tired and in desperate need of renovation. Long hair on the bathroom floor (I have short blond hair) one of the strip lights above the bed had no shade so was very bright and the carpet was so stained I didn’t want to walk on it

Corridors no lights made it difficult at night especially with the stairs

Location was close to eating out venues.Staff friendly on arrival and visible if needed during the stay.

Some updates needed at this accommodation.Bathroom tiles were very slippery.Tv remote a bit unreliable.Lighting could be improved by having separate bedside lights instead of one bright light above the bed.Blockout curtains needed to be hemmed instead of lots of material dragging on the floor.Door to enter the room had a big patch without paint and paint was peeling off around that door area. Not a great welcome sight to the motel room!!!It was noisy with some guests arguing, late at night, at a close by room.

It’s just a short drive from Coffs Harbour. We got a big studio room that fit our family of 5 comfortably. We had a good sleep. The kitchen, TV area and dining table were large enough for our needs.

Bathroom floor is very slippery even when it’s slightly wet. Best to immediately wipe the floor dry as it’s easy to trip and fall.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The environment was safe, the room and other facilities were clean and tidy.

I have nothing bad to say about this place!

Exceptionally clean. Positioned 2 mins to Park Beach plaza.

Not that it's an issue and the cleanliness was fantastic but whatever air freshner/deodorant used was quite strong and affected my airways and caused a lot of coughing. Maybe use less or diluted

Check out time could've been extended to noon day at least to pack up and get the kids ready.
