It was nice,clean .resturant was great.

Being a smoker was difficult, made me feel uncomfortable

Location Pool and slide kept my boys entertained

Housekeeping knocking on our door at 9am then again at 9.30 asking when we will be checking out. When check out is at 10am and the beachfront view but we were over looking the car park.

Cheap for an old school resort. Good value for money and awesome water pressure.

Somewhat a patch over of a refit. Still carrying old school tap designs etc. Cupboards are cheap and already showing signs of wear. Heavy salted windows need cleaning and carrying old design

Beds were very comfortable Room was renovated and tidy and modern (bathroom wasn’t renovated) Parking easy and close to foyer

Bathrooms are old and need an upgrade soon Buffet breakfast was absolutely not worth the price and limited options. We had to pay $6.50 if we wanted a piece of toast or cereal for our 1 year old

Staff and location were exceptional. Great view of the islands.

Bed was super soft and uncomfortable. Facilities were dated. Bar fridge in room was super small and inadequate. Bathroom was not very well cleaned. Restaurant was over priced.

The dinner was very disappointing the fish overcooked and waiting time longThe room ok but down in the basement looking at a brick wall gardenThe hotel needs updating. The foyer huge with not much in it. . Upstairs rooms may have been better but down stairs to level one verydisappointing

Excellent, spacious bedroom (bed was so comfortable!) and bathroom was updated and spotlessly clean. Wonderful position beside a stunning beach and just close enough to Coffs. The pool is extra-large and the whole resort is spacious. Every staff member was super-friendly and helpful.

Some of the facilities are looking a bit "tired" eg. the pool and surrounds need some sprucing up and maintenance.

The hotel has a good location right near the beach. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is aging and needs a face lift, everything about it is tired. The amenities sound good but in reality are very dated so wear and tear is very visible. The rooms are spacious but also dated and the furniture is old and worn out, with a tiny fridge that wasn’t cold. The bed was on castor wheels that rolls around every time you move. The bathrooms again are dated with patches all over walls where they’re patched them up badly. It’s fine for a night but for the price it should be better.

The resort was old and dated and was not very impressed

The resort was supposed to be 5kls from central Coffs but it was really about 10 kls. So a bit isolated. We arrived at 1.40 and reminded check-in was at 2pm even though there wasn’t a soul to be seen. The resort was very dated.

My wife and I were very pleased with everything. We were celebrating our honeymoon and got a free breakfast so that was a great bonus for us. Overall a very enjoyable experience, just would've liked to stay longer

Nothing absolutely loved it

Everything was great . We stay here offen . No problems. Staff nice . Location fantastic. Rooms clean ...we will stay again soon .

Roadworks on the main roads in were being done , tricky getting in & out due to rd changes , extra time onto trip . No biggy .Would still stay again & again .

Rooms are clean, plenty of area for kids to run around and parents can relax around the pool

Single bed moved all night, Queen bed was saggy, No instructions on how to use the air conditioner, With major road works outside it was very difficult to access (which is not the resorts fault of course)

Room 304 air con didn’t work was originally told I would be charged a fee as I had been in the room 1hr before notifying the issue . Then offered a room smaller with a roll away bed and not the two queen beds I already had Was given a crooked old fan cheep Kmart one and desk fan which were useless . Room hot as and uncomfortable but on the plus side bed was comfy

Bathroom was very dated, tap in the bathroom dripped all night, air conditioning was hard to adjust. Food was very ordinary. Construction of bypass makes it very difficult to enter and exit the property from highway

Staff were friendly and dinner was yum. Good variety on offer.

Better attention to detail of cleaning our room. There was a hair tie hanging on the tap in the shower from the previous guest and hair in the bath. Also, a lid from the previous guests meal was near the balcony
