Politeness of the stuff and willingness to resolve issues. Breakfast quality is excellent. I wish drip coffee was included.

Out of our two room 202 was much smaller.

limited hot water, a person can shower for 5 minutes and the next person has to wait for 25 minutes till they get their 5 minutes of shower

Complaint about room issue and service at Yashshree Mall Road hotel.

Firstly we paid extra and upgraded our rooms, but we encountered a significant issue with the room that caused inconvenience, especially for our elderly parents. The toilet had no water supply, which made it difficult for us to use the facilities comfortably. The process of shifting rooms caused trouble for our elderly parents, who were already tired from traveling. We understand that occasionally issues can arise, but we hope that the hotel can take steps to ensure the room surely checked before assigning them to guests, especially those with special needs. Secondly, we were disappointed with the service. Despite requesting daily replenishment of tea and coffee packets, they were not refilling it during our stay. We hope that the hotel can improve its service .

The room was so comfortable and warm. Darjeeling was freezing that day and we slept comfortably.

Breakfast was limited and abit cold. Dinning hall was freezing.

Couldn't do laundry (or find anywhere in the town to do so)Restaurant had a weird vibe, food ok. No alcohol license.

Near to mall road.

A lot of foul smell from bathroom, bathroom opening into room. Frequent power failure, toiletries refill to be told, they don't do it by themselves.Price is far high.

Restaurant was good. Breakfast had good options and staff was helpful. My son was sick , so they helped in midnight to take him to hospital nearby and packed us BF on day of leaving.

Bathroom were stinking...room we got through booking (double deluxe ) was very tiny..bed could not accomodate 2 adults plus kid...we had several other issues like MCB tripping continously, bathroom was stinking. So we had to finally upgrade room which was then comfortable.I think this is issue as the hotel is in mall road, which is busy area.

Staff is kind and nice, but you can hear all of sound from your neighbors room and restaurant. It’s very noisy

Only few minutes hot shower, no taxi arrangements, minibar had barely any drinks, massage closed after 6 and the entire Sunday.

Bad

Greed Greed Greed. I had booked 1 double bed room and 1 triple bed room for myself and family. By mistake, I forgot to add number of adults. On realising the mistake, I contacted the property to make the changes - they bluntly demanded extra charges although booking amount is same. Imagine paying 3K Extra just because u forgot to add number of adults. And this booking was without any breakfast or addon. When the room capacity is of 3 person, why should one pay extra upto 3 persons. They completely harassed us and denied to return advance booking amount in case of cancellation. Too much greed in the administration.

Sit out garden in the 3rd floor

Location very inconvenient, wifi pathetic, toilet fittings shaky, shabby(used?) bed spreads - had to ask them to chsnge, congested room(for the amount paid), poor response for room service, sub standard house keeping. Witnessed other guests also raising complaints and shouting. Bitter experience

Good location. Very near to the Mall, cab stand and Chauk bazar

Nice location, good food, variety in breakfast, helpful and cordial staffs.

Needs little more cleaning - especially toilets.Also toiletries weren't replenished properly, had to ask for it.

Exceptional staff! I have stayed in numerous places around the world, and these guys have some of the best staff on their roll. They were always listening, polite, and they reacted extremely fast.The hassle-free travel desk came in handy when we wanted to go sightseeing.

The fact that only one keycard could be issued for a family room was a slight bummer. Even though the staff were ready to open the room for us anytime, it was still an inconvenience.

I was travelling with my aged parents and chose this hotel because it was really close to the mall. We could walk up to the mall almost every evening quite comfortably. We upgraded to a room with a view and did not regret it. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread though not lavish, was quite filling. The morning black tea that we requested them to serve was excellent. The staff on hand always had a smile on their face and were attentive. The extended dining area overlooking the mountains is beautiful and the perfect place to start your day over a hot cup of Darjeeling tea. We will book this hotel if we travel to Darjeeling again.

WiFi - 0and short term electricity problem.

Just stayed for 3 nights with my family. We booked 2 rooms in reasonable price from booking. both of the rooms were fantastic. 1. Nice valley view from our room. 2. Super clean bathrooms.3. Room service was excellent. They refilled room amenities timely.4. Location is great. On the left, upward road goes to bhanu bhaban in 5mins and shortcut to mall chowrasta. On the right 5-7 mins Walking distance to Glenarys, Keventers, Clock Towert and mall market.Highly recommended for family travelers. My family loved this Hotel.

The only problem was Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi connection was very poor in this hotel. Btw Wi-Fi problem is everywhere in Darjeeling.
