I stayed with my family in this hotel in 2022 and had a good experience. However, their services deteriorated since. I recently hosted my recently married brother and his wife, and my guest complained of poor cleaning in the hotel room.

Everything!!!Friendly staff, lovely hotel, lovely food. Can’t say anything anymore. Apart from beautiful views. We loved it.

The only advantage about the property was the view and polite staff.

The rooms walls are too thin and whenever someone went to the bathroom, it caused loud noise and therefore led disturbance. Further, there are no separate smoking and non-smoking rooms and the room reeked of cigarettes.

Restaurant served very good food

Very small room, no bath tub, wifi won’t work

Lovely ambiece and good location.. walkable to Mall road. The amenities are good, the food is delicious (I sampled breakfast once), and the staff is very congenial. I would like to make a special mention of Shweta, who attended to my requests of water, or toiletries very promptly and always with a smile!

Food is a bit overpriced. They can consider having some simpler options/snacks at more attractive prices.
