The staffs are nice and the view of the hotel place is good.

The balcony could be quite misleading, as the original room given (when I specially book for balcony) is not attached to the room, but need to walk out from the room to reach there. Later, we managed to changed to a new room where the balcony is attached.

Great staff, great food at affordable price. View of the place is nice. Bed is very comfortable.

When it says with balcony, it might not mean one could access the balcony from the room.

Linens were smelling and the bathroom sync was leaking fully, had to change the hotel due to the same.

The vibe of this hotel is good and the staff here is also very good. The facility is also good and I feel fresh after seeing the view from here. The food is also good. Very good facilities are provided at reasonable price.???

I would like to point out that there has been moisture on the floor since I checked in, which caused the problem. But I haven't had any problems here yet.??

The property is very clean and well maintained. The host is very nice and friendly. They have a restaurant above the rooms and the food is also very nice. Highly recommend if you are in Darjeeling. The location is close to Darjeeling mall road and the view from the balcony is great.

Cute room, well appointed and nicely decorated, with wooden panelling and furniture. The attached bathroom was spotless and all fittings were in working order, buckets etc. were very clean.The beds had comfortable mattresses and pillows, neither very hard nor too soft. Warm microfibre duvets were available instead of the thin polyester blankets often found in homestays and other hotels.The staff was extremely helpful, as was Mr. Prashant who went out of his way to ensure we had the best of stays. As a native of Darjeeling, he was instrumental in suggesting itineraries, even seeking to ensure we could visit somewhat far-off places that were to our liking. We will definitely be making this our base for future visits to the area.

The rooms can be quite cold in winter and spring, as with many other hotels in Darjeeling and other nearby hill stations, due to the lack of any central heating system. However, as I have mentioned above, the duvets kept us warm enough when we slept, although our visit was in March and we didn't spend much time inside, so I can't say if any extra heaters would be required in colder months. Outside of bed however, the room was indeed a little chilly.The food is passable, with breakfast items making up the bulk of the menu and a few general favourites such as pakora, chowmein, fired rice, chilli chicken etc. that will definitely fill stomachs after a hard day's sightseeing.

a little bit away from the hubbub of central darjeeling. easy to get a shared taxi to any point you would like to visit, or to hire a taxi from the taxi stand next door. great room, reception was always attentive and helpful. kitchen serves decent food. small goods shop right next door for any other needs. we were glad we chose to stay here.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in India. I have been to many countries and I think it’s in international level of homestay actually. It’s very clean and comfortable. I like all the decorations in the room. And it’s very quiet at night that every tired traveler can take great rest.The location is near Batasia Loop which is 5 km from Darjeeling. If you want to keep a small distance from the crowded center of Darjeeling then this is a perfect place for you. Solo travelers or guests who don’t come with vehicles can take shared Taxi for transportation. It’s easy and you can have a great view during the ride everyday between Batasia Loop and Darjeeling. BTW, Batasia Loop is an interesting place with special function for the famous toy train here. You can dig out this more when you stay here.Good accommodations always come with great staff. They’re always helpful and reply me very fast in Whatsapp whenever I need something. They also provided me the hairdryer which I rarely can have in India. It’s so thoughtful for women. Heater was also brought to me without charge.Restaurant was fantastic too. I had many meals here and never got disappointed about the meals. It’s peaceful to have great food here with the mountain view.I really appreciate that I can stay here to have great relax and comfort. I felt sad when I had to say goodbye. Wish more travelers can have great experience like me here!

Nothing at all

The hotel was super clean with friendly staff members. It was parking and is closer to batasia loop on the main road. The location is wonderful as you can reach Darjeeling main market within 6kms and yet enjoy your serenity of nature

They can work on their catering and food services. The cafe is not appropriate to order food. You can explore many eatery near this hotel, Santa Banta dhaba is amazing just 3 mins walking distance

The hospitality and the cleanliness of the hotel was very good and exceeded my expectations.Food was very delicious and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Credit card payment was not available.The room heater was chargeable. They should have included in the facilities.
