Stairs were a bit tricky with my knee replacement

Great old building in a wonderful location. We loved the rooms and the shared kitchen facilities with breakfast options. Lianne was very helpful on check-in and she has done a great job on the renovation.

We stayed over the Easter weekend, so expected it to be quite busy. Understandably, in such an historic building, the sound proofing was not great and there was a lot of noise from families in nearby rooms. The electronic key system was also very noisy with constant beeping as people came and went from the rooms.It would be helpful to have some information on the history of the building and dining options in the folders provided in the rooms.

Self help brekky - cereal, tea, coffee n toast supplied.. you can cook whatever you like as the kitchen is equipped, comes with an air fryer too so you can make a quick n easy feed and is accessible 24hrs! ?

Really lovely. Each room looked warm and personal. Clever use of modern fixtures and fittings in an establishment built in 1864.

Understandable but getting up to the communal toilet was a noisy process. The excellent locking system is loud.

Lianne was very friendly and was very helpful. We Had to change our dates and she accommodated us with that no issues. The accommodation was clean and we loved the vintage look of the place it was stunning. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in also.☺️?? would definitely stay here again! Thank you Lianne.

Lovely renovated room in a historic hotel. Very clean, with character and comfort. The kitchen with some breakfast options and a range of drinks was a nice touch as was the games/lounge. Lovely garden.

No wardrobes in the room.

Facilities were excellent. Tea, Coffee and milk were stocked up. Very clean. I liked the chocolates in the jar, biscuits would be nice

it is in a very good in location and the fact of the history of the place makes it a great place to stay .the stairs to the bathroom is a little bit tight for the elderly .

Pleasantly refurbished rooms in an historic building. We had a large lounge-dining area with a well equipped kitchenette including a microwave, and coffee machine (with pods supplied). The bedroom had a king sized bed, very comfortable. A second TV on the bedroom wall. Separate bathroom/toilet with quality soaps and shampoo. Spacious shower with folding bench if needed. Support rails by toilet for those who might need them. Separate air conditioners in lounge and bedroom. Thankfully no keys to worry about: door to the rooms was key code activated (just need to remember or write down the code!) Location was convenient - a short distance from shops and amenities, with parking near the entry. Entry directly off the verandah so didn't need to go through the building.

No issues: everything we needed was there and worked .

Parking at the front door.The unit had a well stocked kitchen with a mini bar, microwave, cutlery and crockery.Sitting area and dining area are separate. Large sofa and 2 arm chairs. Smart tv. Effective air-conditioning.Free wifi was a bonus.Separate double bedroom. Has another tv, and ceiling fan. Clean bathroom. Good water pressure.Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.Owner/manager was readily available.The unit smelled nice with the fragrant diffuser.

No sheltered parking. Guests upstairs can be heard walking around. Business next door's music can be heard. I had problems initially with using the unit's security code, but worked it out with practice.No long clothes hanging space, but plenty of short hanging.

No breakfast, but coffee machine, capsules and milk in room. Kitchen is available for food preparation.

Traffic a bit noisy in the morning.

The owner/manager contacted me to confirm check in details and rang again to ensure that it went smoothly. The accommodation was renovated to a high standard and was clean and appealing. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Toodyay Manor and would recommend it to others.

Clean, comfortable, relaxing, close to hotel and shops, cool on a very hot day

Upon arrival we had nothing but like from the first greeting from our host Lianne and the information given, not to mention the facilities, the comfy bed and the cleanliness. Great location too!!

Great location on edge of town, nice and quiet. Quaint and comfortable.

Good old heritage building is clean and comfortable.

Steep stairwells but plenty to hang on to .

Recently renovated hotel, large comfortable room, loved the kitchen, very handy, lovely artistic interior design throughout with little unexpected touches.
