Palette - Dayal Lodge - A Boutique Hotel

Actually nothing, Highly unprofessional hotel administration. I booked hotel online and on arrival they denied me the room. Even after having their prior conformation. Caused me high inconvenience as i was travelling with family including two kids. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Better look for the hotels in vicinity other than this.

I booked a hotel online , for conformation i called them before to confirm the booking which they did. But on arrival they denied any availability of room. Absolutely incredible, plz book other hotels in nearby . You can understand once you reach to the hotel at evening and they make you wait and then they deny you the room. Absolutely unprofessional approach.

Book by booking .com. When i call to hotel he said room not available.

Had a confirmed booking was not able to transfer the deposit due to internet problems. Was refused to be checked in so was left stranded

Receptionist really did not understand me and brushed us off

Some corner of room was damp. Had to wait more than 1/2 an hour to get the already booked room.

Room service is very excellent. Food was delicious. All staff are very helpful and polite. Hotel is very good. Housekeeping staff are very good, excellent service given by all the staff members. Thanks to all the team.....

Accomodation facility is good , infrastructure as well as staff also good . Front desk staff was very well behaved . Rooms are comfortable and clean as well. Overall good experience at Dayal hotel.

Reception was good and also I want to thanks to the staff who well taking care my entire stay and make more comfortable. Staff from sales is also corporate person and room maintenance was good.

I stay at The Dayal hotel due to office work. Hotel staff is good & very polite in dining area chef & his team very helpful they made food as per your request all staff help you with smile face because of this you will feel like you are at home ?

The Dayal has very friendly staff. I interacted with them in the front office. The checkin was very swift. The staff were very courteous and friendly.The staff at Dinner buffer were also very nice. They helped with all the requests and showed a lot of patience.

We were staying in Dayal for our business visit.... breakfast and food was amazing from restaurant... and the hospitality and courtesy is really great from the staff......

Service was very good, Staff served us breakfast, very friendly and helpful. The staff are so helpful with any questions. Close to attractions. Our room was also spacious, clean and very comfortable. Love this place!

The service was immaculate. Manned by experienced staff, very courteous in their approach and with a willingness to serve to satisfaction with a sense of pride in their work. The front desk, Housekeeping, and Restaurant Staff were excellent in their approach.

The location, space to move around in the hotel.

There are no proper facilities for the cost that have been paid. No Telephone, no hot water, no TV, Bedsheets are not good..full of many marks, not even asked once whether to clean it or not by themselves till I requested, towels are not good, just one small soap they put in the bathroom toiletries..Didn't expect that they provide such a pathetic facilities. Hope they improve their facilities.

Good Experience, location is prominent and near the bus stand, which provides more transport options.
