Hotel Maple Grand

The property is fine, but the staff is so rude and they’re just charging money for stupid shit. They’re just looting you. Worse stay ever. If you want peace my advice would be to not choose this hotel

The hotel staff was very patient, understanding and helpful (even at 2AM or 5AM). Helped us with early check-in, collected and delivered our washed laundry to our room while we were out late at night, held our bags after check-out since we had some time left and wanted to go exploring.

There was no secure wifi connection because of which we couldn't work. We are working remotely during our trip and the hotel staff couldnt fix wifi issues during our stay so we had to take days off from work (which were unplanned).

Cockroach, smelly, dirty, a third class hotel and a total spam, we couldnt wait to checkout

Saw cockroach in bathroom, bad stinky smell everywhere, trash can were all rusty and stinky,Towels were old and worn out, soap and shampoo were cheap and poor quality, hotel manager tricked us with RS 2800 car by charging us 4500. Bed frame has dust and stains all over. Did not clean upon request. Breakfast had limited option and were not clean and tasty.Outside the hotel, the sewage water was outside and was stinky and full of mosquitos.

Nice ambience ...tasty food ...very courteous staff...quick service ..must visit restaurant..one of the finest restaurant in agra ..have been there several times n this place never disappoint us ..very reasonabe ..?keep it up...?best wishes to u

The staff were wonderfully helpful from the check in process to check out. We called room service a couple of times for an iron etc and everything arrived within minutes. The rooms are really clean and the bathrooms are nicer than most hotels in India at the same price. Good selection of TV channels too. the breakfast had good spread and what ever I tried was good. Also the restaurant staff was super friendly. There is a lift. Love the place very much - would strongly recommend.

Fantastic hotel, for the asking price compared to the agra competition it is absolutely premium ... friendly staff clean rooms well cooked food. We stayed for a good month for work and we found ourselves so well that we no longer wanted to change ... the Manager Mr.Rahul sharma is a kind and polite and very nice man. I think one of better in Agra...

The room was not at all clean and the basic amenities were not provided at all.

Hotel was at a good location with sufficient parking space.

We did not get one of the 3 rooms for which we paid, somehow felt cheated.

Felt like it was overpriced for the service received.

Too many mosquitoes in the room. It would be better if room is sprayed before arrival of guest. Buffet did not offer much options.
