The food was good but due to heavy crowds they had to keep lids open hence a little cold. The experience they managed to deliver inspite of the crowd was super good.

Room Sizes could have been bigger for a 5 star , I finally got upgraded to premium room with bathtub but it felt suffocating while sleeping being too compact.

Hotel is in a quiet area. Has some good restaurants in it. The compound is very big and airy. Staffs are very helpful.

Hotel is showing its age. Specially the bathrooms need a revamp.

I didn't like any thing as I didn't visited there because of facilities. No one pick up call I wasn't able to get in touch with property so I cancelled my booking

The bar staff, didn't like the fact that we'd got vouchers for the bar on 1 for 1 at the bar between 1pm - 6pm & 20% discount in the restaurant & 500 Rupees discount as well , they did honour or 1 for 1 on bar & 20% discount, after some agreements with them ,but would not honour the 500 Rupees discount

Upmarket hotel conveniently located about 2km from Taj Mahal. We spent two restful mornings using the large swimming pool and sun loungers.

Room needs refurbishing and could have been cleaner.

Rooms were spacious, and the gardens were nice.You could see the Taj Mahal and Red Fort from the hotel rooftop bar and restaurant.

The hotel needs refurbishment in most areas from the rooms to the pool. Our room had single pane windows that didn't close properly, so it was pretty noisy.

Amazing location and amenities provided. would recommend staying here if you are a foreigner.

There was a gathering in lawns and music was soo loud even until like 11 PM.

The hotel is very dated, the rooms are very old. The hotel needs a deep renovation including bathroom. The restaurant is very dated, the food is average and pricey. The towels arr overused, they should be replaced and the temperature control was not not working. There are better restaurants outside with same price. The food offer and quality at breakfast to be improved.

Very friendly staff and especially helpful and friendly duty manager. Good buffet, comfortable bed and located in a quiet part of town. We arrived unexpectedly early and there was no trouble checking in. Great value.

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Really liked the bedroom which was comfortable and attractive with all the necessary amenities for our trip. The food throughout was also great for all meals and the services were very helpful. Well located and friendly and courteous staff with a great welcome.

The room was dirty, worn, and neither well-maintained nor properly renovated.The staff was inattentive; I had to call reception multiple times to request a room change, and eventually, I had to go there in person. When I arrived, I was met without even a hint of an apology. They showed me another room in similarly poor condition, and only after persistent insistence was I able to speak with the manager, who finally offered a room that was slightly better.The main issue with this property is the complete lack of attention to detail. The furniture was chipped, stained, or otherwise damaged. There were stains on the floor, walls, and even the curtains. When we ordered room service, the tray it was delivered on was also, unfortunately, dirty.This is entirely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.Furthermore, the kettle in the room did not automatically shut off after reaching boiling point, making it potentially dangerous.Another notable concern was the lack of basic amenities in the bathroom. There were only one large towel and one small one provided. Bathrobes, when requested, were not replaced the following day. This is likely due to a lack of communication among staff, but in any case, such an oversight is unacceptable for a 5-star property.The rooms also lacked soundproofing entirely, making it easy to hear everything happening outside or in the corridors.Breakfast was particularly disappointing. The ground floor breakfast area appeared to be full, so we were sent to the top floor. (It is worth mentioning that the hotel seems to lack service elevators, and the available elevators are very small, often resulting in queues.)The breakfast area itself had a strong smell of gas and food, and due to poor air circulation, the odors permeated our hair and clothes.The service provided by the breakfast staff was virtually non-existent: no smiles, no greeting, nothing resembling hospitality.

The overall experience was value for money but not at a 5 star level property.The property has been upgraded and the room sizes and amenities were good Some of the staff members are very courteous and want to go above and beyond.

The biggest drawback is the lack of customer centricity of the staff in general. Except for a handful like Divya in the coffee shop, Sonu Kumar the duty manager and the housekeeping staff on 1st floor, the overall approach during check in and throughout our stay was very process driven which was not aligned to logic and common sense.
