It is centrally located and has a delicious restaurant. The staff was nice and the room comfortable

I did not realize when I booked the room how loud traffic was. But it’s not overbearing. I am just a light sleeper

Night full sound high volume by bar restaurant,, distrub our sleep..We stay hotel for good sleep and relax.. not to get distrub by loud music till 1am night

Location and View of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop restaurant are excellent. It's on the bank of the river Yamuna, and the view is excellent. Staff are well-behaved, from the security guard, house keeping are well-mannered. Food Quality and Quantity are excellent, but yes, rates are a little expensive. Breakfast didn't have many options and was very minimal, and standard 3 to 4 items. Has an excellent Resto-Bar with a decent crowd and Music.

As said, options are fewer for a complimentary breakfast.

Rough arrogant staff at reception. Had to struggle to get booking honoured. No other guest was there. Aadhar offered at arrival. First told that there is no booking. Typical Zero star staff.

Location: just 2 km away from Tajmahal, easy to reach and perfect for exploring the city by local transport. Cleanliness: The rooms were impeccably clean, and overall, the hotel was well maintained. Restaurant: The rooftop restaurant with a view of all three monuments is an awesome place for dinner, though little pricy. The dishes served here were delicious. Staff: The staff were helpful and attentive. The front desk staff were very accommodating.We had a wonderful stay, We enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Actually hotel not shown that prices are breakfast included or not included and person informed us after all payment that now breakfast charges are extra which he could informed before also as we booked from the site at hotel counter. So we think hotel management hiding some condition before payment and informed after payment so they applied some trick for getting more money from us.

We expected such satisfactory level of hospitality in this hotel. Everything weren't new and fresh, but quite comfortable and clean to some extent.Staff was polite and respectful.Our regards to one of managers named Mr. Shashank.The food in the restaurant was very delicious and tasty.

Furniture and bed linen weren't new, but clean and in a good condition.

My room was upgraded to Taj view room.

We stayed for one night it was Saturday night.The hotel has a roof top restaurant for which the hotel person informed us that there is a private party tonight so one can use it only untill 0200. It was fine by us as we went out to explore local market.We came back around 2230 and the party was On in geh the hotel.The music was so loud that we can easily hear it in our room on 2nd floor.. The base of the music was so high that our beds were shaking with sound… we thought it will stop in some time but it didn’t. I called the hotel reception at 0100 they said it will go on for next 1/2 hours but it didn’t it stopped at about 0430/0500 in the morning…It is a hotel where people come to rest for such parties they must have a sound proof hall/room…I had two non indian friends with me and it was a very bad experience for them.. I am glad I booked the hotel only for a night.

Location! It has a great view of the Taj, although at a distance. Be mindful that Friday's Taj is not lighted up so we did not enjoy a night view of it. Open bar/restaurant at the top with nice food and music.

I booked the "Suite with Taj View". You can be distracted by the pictures of the room and think it has a terrace. It doent. Just a large window from the side of the Taj. Room was comfy though. Also you have to ask for the 10" discount for the F&B.

Not a value for money. Staff was OK. Everything from Tea, coffee to food items were highly overpriced.

Room did not have window. Unclean room, stinking with some chemical smell.

I stayed with my wife and 9 years old kid in Hotel Alleviate for 2 nights during Dec2024. It was pleasant stay. Cleanliness, Room Service and Location were three top points I would stay. Food at ground floor restaurant was delicious too. 30 mins from Arga Cant Railway station. This Hotel is very close to Taj Mahal less than 3 Kms and Arga Ford is walkable :). All good!

Breakfast buffet options are decent and taste is good. Room and washroom were clean and maintained. Checkin and check out were smooth. Property is well maintained and at a good location if you want to visit the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort or Sadar Bazar. Everything is about 15mins of an Auto ride from their property.

Staff seemed a little unpleasant. Their rooftop cafe plays loud music till late at night, so if you're planning on sleeping early in your room, you'll have to bear with the noise.I was also asked to pay the entire booking amount in advance when I was checking in, which felt abrupt as I had not even seen my room yet. I had to request them that I'll pay at checkout.

The place was clean, nice , staff was good, always helpful and most importantly very quick all the time. No trouble faced. Location is near to Agra fort and 15 mins away from Taj. Overall good experience.

The restaurant was not good The food need to be improved in breakfast and the rooftop restaurant is very expensive like a 5 star hotel pricing. No pure vegetarian options not good for vegan and vegetarian

Nothing at all

The room pics was misleading compared to what is updated in booking.com it’s basically just a lodge .The room walls was stained with pan and shoe marks .there was no windows . Floor was not moped , mirror was broken. This is not the expectation we had compared to ten pics we saw on booking.com.Since we came to Agra only for relaxation this stay was bad experience and a big turn off it is not a 3 star .

Oh God terrible experience. Useless location.Coudnt sleep a minute. Shabby bathroom. Bed was Useless. I got sinked in bed.Spring mattress was horrible. I was wide awake.Rooms were small and shabby looking And there was band being played on roof top with so much loud MUSIC DISGUSTING I WILL NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER

The hotel is close to the train station, 5 minutes away. It is practical if you have to travel from there. Breakfast was good. From our room we have a view to the Taj Mahal and the terrace was a nice place to be.

The furniture is a bit old fashioned. And the toilet on the entry could have been cleaner.
