Hotel Atulyaa Taj

I booked 2 adults and 2 kids. But they charged 1,200 more as it was booked for 2 adults. Breakfast is very minimum. Staff and front desk are not polite as you would expect in this rated hotel. Pool is horrible. It is filled with dirty water.

There is very good proximity to Taj Mahal

I felt the hotel was unsafe. Stairs had no paneling, and they presented a potential hazard with fatal consequences. You can't have stairs through which a child could easily slip through and fall through five stories.

Great location but way too expensive for the quality of accommodation.

Everything was good in that price room was neat clean things were properly working location is best if you want a quick tour of Taj mahal after a check in 500 m away from hotel hotel staff was good welcoming with a drink

They must have a quick backup if electricity cut off its happened thrice a day where the electricity got cut off I need to connect them to know how long would it be taken they must have a quick backup rest of the things were excellent ?

The room was very nice, clean and luxurious. Lot's of privacy and no noise at all coming from outside. The rooftop restaurant on top of the once downstairs was a treat. Especially the little balcony on the most top part of the hotel, with a view on the Taj Mahal was a great spot to work in the morning. It's just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the Taj Mahal. Lot's of restaurants and shops around if you want to eat out. There is an English restaurant right next to the hotel if you prefer a more western diet.

Location: 500m from Taj Mahal and lots of restaurants around. Area felt safe(r) than others. Had dinner at the Old England Countryside restaurant next door (part of the hotel). Food was fine.Rooftop: amazing views of the Taj with a great rooftop for a sunset view and beer. Also has a pool.Room: no view, but was clean and spacious. They provide towels and bath gel & shampoo.Breakfast: nothing special but fills a hole.

Noise: I could hear every noise in the corridor and when people opened or closed their doors.At 11pm there was some sort of party on the roof just above me and the bass was so intense that there was no way I could sleep. It felt like I was at the party myself. When I asked reception what it was and to turn it down, they did get the to turn it down quickly, but there was still some bass coming through. Eventually it stopped at around midnight.

It an extremely good location. Very nice staff.

We were told that they were having issues with the card payments, just to ask more money than the hotels rate for the breakfast. We noticed at the end when we saw someone else arrive and they payed by card the stay by card

Walking distance from the Taj Mahal, staff were very kind. Rooftop pool has a great view. Very quiet in the rooms - normally walls seem to be pretty thin at hotels in India

Linens were poor quality, a bit scratchy. Hard to keep bathroom clean bc there’s no door on the shower or shower curtain so water kind of just gets everywhere then it’s very slippery

Do not recommend this hotel

Internet was broken during our stay. Room is moldy and in the basement. Rooms are not clean. They have a no outside food policy but only serve food for breakfast. Only redeeming qualities of this hotel are nice location in proximity to Taj Mahal and the rooftop space is nice.

Bathroom was very wet after taking shower, too much water on the floor, and the water drainage system is not good.

Location. Rooftop swimming pool and restaurant.

The room. The room was dreadful. It was called ground floor but it was in the basement with a small fixed window just below the ceiling. The extractor in the bathroom was very weak and damp sir was in the bedroom. The old fittings in the bathroom were badly stained and rusted. This was my fourth visit to this hotel and each time the room had been good and above ground level. I booked a deluxe double room and the room provided was not as described. It was very poor. The stairs below the basement were full of flammable items.DO NOT ACCEPT A GROUND/BASEMENT ROOM IN THIS HOTEL.

Location just a short walk from the Taj Mahal Rooftop pool was a bonus with views of the Taj Mahal.The staff were helpful and allowed us to stay at the rooftop pool whilst we killed time before our afternoon train to Delhi

As with most Indian hotels the pictures certainly made it look better than it actually was.A little expensive for the standard/cleanliness of the accommodation

Location was excellent, walking distance to the Taj.

Bathrooms are smaller, and need exhaust fan. But otherwise very neat and clean

The hotel was located just 600 meters from the Taj Mahal. This was perfect for the morning walk to beat the crowds at the Taj Mahal.

Breakfast was not good. A very small selection to choose from. Don't let the staff talk you into doing Trip Advisor reviews as the female staff at reception will take over your phone and score them exceptional service

The rooftop had an amazing view, as well as amazing staff, all the time ready to help

A hot tub could make it better, but nothing at all that we didn't like
