Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. All basic amenities were available.

Initially the rooms had some issues. The electric kettles were defective. In one of the rooms, refrigerator was not there. But the management and staff were very prompt to attend to these issues.

Location is great, value for money, nice food

Communication was good. Breakfast was ordinary having limited options.

Staff should be little more considerate and supportive with family.

Bed was not cleaned. They didn’t provide warmer although rooms we booked were AC. Kitchen staff’s behaviour was not good and food was very pathetic.

Nothing! everything was poor, service was ridiculous, they don’t go away until you don’t tip them, to get one thing right you have to call reception many times and they will not do anything, We not happy with the hotel service at all the room and the management doesn't don't really care! December time 10-12c temperature and there is no heating system, booking.com confirm of two kings size bed for family room and what we got is 2 single bed & one king size bed! No battery in remote, No shower, Cold Water in shower, No sandal in bathroom, Not many staff to assist, no one to be seen on the floor, no response to the call. Breakfast made us all sick with stomach issues! Even the AutoRickshaw guys said, this is the worst Hotel. Really disappointed, this hotel shouldn't be on booking.com

Nothing, all systems is old fashion, phone doesn’t work, wifi network is weak and poor! Doors open with pad lock and key lol No temperature control all over the building, except nothing from this hotel.

They gave us room which has smoke smell and they denied to upgrade to provide other room

Hotel is on the highway and it is good for families to stay also, rooms are spacious enough to accommodate members, breakfast was decent, room service was also good, staff was also well behaved.

As the hotel is situated on the highway, there are no nearby shops or eateries closer by, you will have to take a ride till the main area where you will find all the decent hotels for good food.

I liked the room and washroom cleanliness while we check in.

Service staff wasn't good, no housekeeping staff came to clean up in two days stay. When asked for extra glasses, staff refused to bring. Simple things like toilet paper was missing.

Everything is good, they wash my car, they appeared when you call them, very good hospitality.

The prosThe rooms were fairly big and the hotel itself was in a very convenient location. The hotel had a restaurant which made it easy for our family with kids. The rooms were reasonably comfortable with sofas/chairs, A/C, kettle, tea/coffee etc.

The consTo begin with the reception went through an exhaustive ID checking process including visas for our children who were of non-Indian nationality. This was not requested prior to checking in and we were just lucky to have some soft copies easily accessible. In addition the Indian members were asked for multiple IDs (when presented with an ID that did not have an address). The reception mildly threatened no rooms until all IDs were provided (even though no indication was provided up until the point we arrived at hotel). Also the whole amount had to be paid upfront as opposed to a reservation on the card which is the norm for hotel payments. In short the check in process was stressful and not pleasant with all the special rules. Secondly, the rooms advertised/booked were not what we got. We had two triple luxury rooms which shows pictures with two queen beds. However we received rooms with one king beds and then got a single roll on bed for each of the rooms. The manager said we were getting an upgrade but it didn't feel like one. Thirdly, the in house restaurant has an exhaustive menu but with only limited items available so we had to order what was available. Additionally, the room menu boasts of round the clock items but these items were only available after 7 am. However the food was reasonably priced and decent in taste/quality.Finally, the rooms while not dirty is in a dilapidated condition. Walls had panel breakages (see pictures) and the towel, bed sheets and table surfaces had stain marks on them. While not a deal breaker this puts the property as just average as opposed to good.

Spacious & clean room and shower. Toiletries provided as in the booking picture. Good breakfast - not many options but quite delicious. Good room & kitchen service. No noise came to the room from outside even though the room was on the roadside. Helpful stuff.

Arrived at 7 pm to the hotel and they could not find the reservation as they cancelled the booking without informing the guest. Fortunately the room was still available but took longer time to check in. The room and the floor were very cold. Slightly far from the main tourist attractions but not difficult to find with google maps. No negative point for the location though.

Not recommended!!

I called the day before to let them know that I was going to be arriving late at the check in. The guy said there was no issue with it.However, when we arrived to the hotel they told as that our room was cancelled and that the hotel was sold out.

Due.to early check in hotel charged 500 RS Extra. Hotel Staff is not courtaeous to Help Guests.Staff is unprofessional. Restaurant has shoddy furniture. Overcharged Food. Breakfast was not made and served on time. Staff itself was in hurry to eat breakfast first.

Location wise it is good. Near to Tajmahal as well as Expressway.

No hangers in ward robe. One has to keep clothes just like that on table.

I like the location it is near by Taj Mahal Agra fort and many of the forts just only 15mins drive for all the forts gives car parking receptionist guy was very helpful and friendly in nature

All the services was good but some 2 3 small problems are there one is freedge doesn't work properly and bathroom gate lock was broken but we adjust all services good ?

good property everything was clean and I was there for 2 nights and it was the same experience both the time. staff is very helpful. rooms were big so one can have comfortable stay.

food was good on 1st night stay but not of my taste on 2nd night so its mixed thing depending upon your taste.

didnt liked the rooms, it was little stinky.In room facilities were not upto the mark.
