Worst Hotel worst staff worst experience Never ever book this Hotel The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customer Totally unprofessional staff in front desk Unclean rooms and poor housekeeping We found hair in bedsheet housekeeping didn't clean well , bathroom horrible smell

Nothing except location

Not properly cleaned and rooms were not ready on time.

Stale food items are served and particularly at least 2 hours before made tea was served after drinking the tea there was lots of pieces of small and broken ‘malai’ in the cup and I felt vomiting like feeling after drinking tea.

Staff is very rude. Particularly the person at reception who was a little fat was very rude and one another person who was above the post of receptionist both were very rude and they don’t have professional ethics.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff, including Wasim, Riya, and Raju, were exceptionally hospitable and made my experience truly enjoyable. The services provided were top-notch, and the dining options were excellent. At the restaurant, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member whose name was either Aniket or Ankit (apologies for the uncertainty), but he, too, was very kind and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I highly recommend this property.

While the location and the view is a bit offbeat, there’s absolutely nothing bad about this property.

When i called the property, they said they could not find my booking, which was very bug hassel for us. Also when i call 2-3 times they started cutting my calls. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Pool is really dirty , room services are very poor. Wifi isn’t working properly. Towels are in bad condition.

I was book sute room with bath tub but when I was check in hotel not provide bath tub and they charge sute room rate ,so it's not good

Staff at the reception were clueless and lost, room cleanliness was not up to the mark, cups in the room were not clean. Staff need to really up the game to attract repeat clients

There was water leakage problem. The humidity and dampness was too high in our room.

Early checkin

The room given to me was a 2 bed room whereas I had asked for a single king size bed. Also, there were construction noises in my room till 10pm. Had to complain to get it stopped.

We were travelling with children and was provided with two interconnected rooms which was very helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were clean. The manager and staff is very courteous and helpful.

The property is quite old and it shows when you enter the lobby. It does need some renovation. An easy problem to solve will be to fix the wifi connectivity which isn’t good at all.

Breakfast was little expensive & Location was good everything was easily accessible.

Good size room. Quiet during the night.

Very dirty room, dirty pillows and sheets. No good breakfast, in the breakfast room i found a cockroach.

The staff were really nice and the rooms were decent although a bit old.

The wifi was really bad. It kept disconnecting constantly. While the staff helped by giving a router in my room, the wifi generally didn’t work well. This can be quite frustrating when trying to plan the day time activities, booking Ubers etc
