The staff is very rude and nobody speak english! and i paid with credit card at checkin cause the day after i need to leave for a buziness meeting early in morning and the staff no english word speaking the computer at reception not work and continue toask me to pay the bill, after a while i been very angry with them and they ignmored my taxy driver was there, i lost 90 minutes vefore to leave and at last when somebody arrived at 8,30 open the pc and confirmed i already paid,and nobody excuse me. Very bad, stay away from this very ugly hotel. NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!

Not clean at all. No required things were available. No Service on time.
The room area was clean. The food in the restaurant was very nice and staff assisting at the restaurant and general room service were pleasant and helpful.
There was no hot water for evening showers. We were told hot water would commence at 5.30 in the morning but no hot water at 7am. Called reception again and were told they had turned the geyser on and would work in 20 minutes but it didn’t work and everyone including children had cold showers in all 4 rooms we booked. The toilet in one of the rooms did not flush and the “fix” did nothing to sort the issue.The manager on duty was downright rude. Our complaints resulted in him calling staff threatening to dock their pay and bullying on the assistant at reception. I told him I had not complained to get the staff in trouble but rather so they would address issues for future guests. He ended up yelling at us. A total zero for customer service and Sobti Hotel should investigated such rude and incompetent people in managerial positions.
there’s nothing to like about this hotel except it’s location
the staff was not good….no room service…..they don’t have their own kitchen…they bring food from a nearby hotel…they made us to pay all charges on our arrival….then only they allowed us to stay….the lift was so outdated that we got stuck in it for at least 15 minutes…
Great staff and an excellent buffet breakfast spread.The staff was always eager to help and very active. They tried to make our stay most comfortable in every possible way

It was a fair staying experience. Nothing exceptional, given the location and the local clientele, maybe it was as good as expected. I would not stay here next time.
