The best part of the stay was the food. Though it was priced on the higher side, the quantity and quality of the food was too good. I have not tasted a better South Indian dish in my entire stay of 2 years in North Indian even in Delhi. It was simply too good. I would recommend this restaurant. Also the staff were very polite

The rooms could have been better. Towels and the bed sheets were old and torn. Had issues with water in the bathroom. A small piece of soap and shampoo which were very flimsy. Overall not a good experience of stay.

AC malfunction with water dripping to the floor, non functional intercom, room not in good shape.

i cannot tell my stay was very little hardly 5 hours.

all is good . reception and people are very professional in approach and even restaurant was very neat and good.

Very small room , poor facilities and just no ventilation . room size is 8by 10 feet. Your bed is just keep 8 inches from washroom door.

Actually it was a horrible experience staying there. In a double bed they put 2 single mattresses. And the joint line is so uncomfortable. To resolve this issue they took hours. They resolve the issue by 12.30 in the mid night. It was so uncomfortable to wait when you are too tired.They prepared a room which had no functional toilet. Flush was not working. We asked to give us a separate room. After 2 hours they gave us. But the toilet has the equal issue. You can’t flush. 3 things we usually need while choosing a room. Comfortable bed, properly working clean washroom and quicker room service. This hotel lack of all these 3 things.

Only location was near to Taj Mahal and food in Udupi restaurant is good.

Hotel not worth for high charges, it's n lodge with bad walls and rotten wood flooring which they hide from carpet. Room was not cleaned at all. So there r much better option available near by in less rate.

Very bad service, staff is not at all responsible to provide good service.. very bad experience. No Lift, No wifi, No TV, No hot water in winter, always deleyed service even after following up with them lot of time. There is an excuse for everything. Total waste of money... Staff is always lying with the customer. noises are there by the staff in the night as well. No signal for mobile in the rooms and wifi is not working.
