The rooms appear new and neat on the photos, while in reality everything is quite aged, walls are dirty, bathrooms are old. Beds are not so comfortable and you can hear everything from behind the walls / doors.Breakfast is quite poor.

We stayed a few nights at the Elinor Hotel in November 2025. The rooms were adequate, and the price was reasonable, but the rooms could have been cleaner. The breakfast buffet could hardly be called a buffet. There was a limited selection, and food that should normally be hot, was cold. They took a standard sized thin omelette and cut it into approximately 6 pieces. It was rarely replenished despite there being numerous guests at breakfast at the same time. While at the hotel, my friend used the hotel’s laundry service and requested in writing on the laundry slip, that his clothes not be ironed. The clothes were ironed resulting in the damage to 2 shirts and 1 pair of trousers. A staff member apologized but offered no compensation. My friend strongly requested 2 free breakfasts as compensation for the ruined clothes which the hotel did agree to. I personally cannot recommend this hotel. My friend, however, says that if you want a modestly priced decent hotel room in Agra, Elinor is ok, as long as you don’t expect much.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great

The staff at the Hotel Elinor in Agra were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Agra.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

One of good property .The hospitality was good. we wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money . Rooms were spacious.

Location was close to the Taj Mahal, but traffic was horrendous any way.

Everything about this hotel was wrong. The reviews that all gave it 5 stars seem to have been doctored. Only the lobby looked decent. Carpets leading to the rooms were frayed and dirty. Rooms looked very old and were extremely cold. Walls, floors, sheets everything was stained and floors were dirty and dusty. No shower curtain or any other partition in the bathroom which meant the entire bathroom became wet after a shower. Acrid outside smog meant we couldn't open any windows and there wasn't any privacy since it was adjoining neighboring houses and windows.Very thin walls meant you could hear everything in the corridors and outside. Breakfast was meager and we had to make our own coffee with instant coffee powder !!! We stayed for one night and couldn't wait to get out of that hotel. I gave it 3.0 only because the staff were helpful.

The place is very new and well maintained. Close to Taj Mahal East gate. Service is excellent.

Only one suggestion is that having a shower curtain might have clean bothroom.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.

Such a great service ? can't explain about this the room was so good and the lighting is so excellent such a good food items and the items are so good the taste of the food is so delicious ? can't explain about this such a good time and I'll come next time .

We made very good memories at Pride.We had a lot of fun there.Food was good and breakfast also.The restaurant staff was very nice, Pratap and Avinash.Hotel near by Taj mahal.We would love to come back here...........
