Hotel The Retreat

The room was good. Closer to sites of attraction.

The door was weird. When I returned from sightseeing I noticed that the door was open and electronic lock wasn’t working afterwards. The staff indicated that there must have been a technical issue. All of my belongings were there. However, the hotel should ensure that these are checked and repaired when a room is assigned, as it could happen any time during the day and serious safety concern, especially to female travelers.

Clean and spacious room, seems like a recently renovated hotel. Breakfast was good.

Nothing i liked about the property

First of all the cost of 5k per night isn’t justifying to the facilities they had at the hotel. According to me, the price is worth 2k. The room door entry didn’t work and it’s all broken. Cleanliness isn’t that great and would require more sanitisation. Staffs have no clue on customer experience.

The rooms were nice and spacious and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their luggage storage for us was also very useful.

The breakfast was very poor as the food variety was very limited. There was a lack of culturally different food like European food or even cereal. As far as I remember nothing was labelled either, which would’ve been a major issue if I was vegetarian. There was also a lack drink options.

The location was great, not too busy on the streets and metro nearby. The room and bathroom was very clean. Spots nearby for food which were foriegner friendly.

Internet wasnt great and the hot water wasnt very consitent.

Nearby from Taj it is cold in winters no heating or no heaters average rooms size of the rooms are decent

Room service. I had asked for cutlery but till the time I had ordered mineral water cutlery was not sent to my room

No dental kits in the washroom, also not clean.

Prompt check in service. Assistance with baggage.

cockroaches on the breakfast buffet .so dinner and breakfast paid included in tariff were lost of money . preferred to fast than eat with the cockroaches .poters don't leave you alone while you don't give them tips.if its coins they will say u not is not enough . at 02.00 wedding outside -so forget about sleeping

Massage service is not bad

Old hotel whith no insonorisation and very noisy rooms . The staff doesn’t t speack English

Very close to Taj Mahal. Staff were fantastic, polite and helpful . We had our own car and they had plenty of room for parking

The shower had no hot water but a quick call to reception and it was fixed instantly

Advertised it had a bar, but actually didn't. Beer only available in the restaurant, no opportunity to relax & drink in the hotel. Very disappointing for a so called 4 star establishment.

Comfortable room, OK in terms of value for money

We tried the massage service, but it was not worth the price. There were a lot of extra hidden costs.There are a few fixes that would improve the overall customer experience. For example, our toilet flush button was temporarily fixed with some tape instead of being properly repaired.

Lovely pool, good location and very comfy beds! Great value for money

Very comfortable stay. Nice and clean rooms, excellent wifi, good breakfast spread. Very close to Taj. Pool a big plus. Courteous staff.

Excellent stay, good food, pool was a plus in the heat, location added to all the benefits. Definitely recommend
