Unfortunately very dirty room, especially bathroom. Dirty even bed linen, also don’t have any warm water for shower. There is a suspicion that the rooms are not cleaned after the guests, be careful when you will book rooms in this place. We lived here for a few days, after which we found a better place a few meters away for the same price

almost everything in the room was broken, the tap water was running in a thin stream, the window in the room overlooks the corridor, as a result, it was very noisy, and the cherry on the cake was a broken room key. We stopped by at night, so we took the money in the morning and moved to another hotel.

Location was good. Price was ok.

Room was very dirty. Washroom was not clean, taps were leaking,ac was not working well, jet shower was not working, towel was burnt.

The hotel needs renovation room walls are dirty with shoe printson them and bathroom had cockroaches and bathroom was not clean And and food was not good,staff behaviour was good but food was not good and service was there but had to call around 2-3 times to remind them

Location of the property nothing else apart from this. Booking you seriously need to look into the properties in your portal.

Well the name states Hotel Laxman Resort but one correction the owner must be doing is they should remove the word resort from the end.About the property it's located within 5kms to both Red Fort and Taj Mahal.Hotel Laxman Resort got couple of good restaurants within it's vicinity.Now coming to the main thing The Hotel. Well this was my second stint in this hotel in the last one year initially when I had come here the service was kinda good. But this time both the service and room quality has gone down the drain which I think they don't really care till the time they are getting customers and their money. Service side is too lethargic in delivering things to the customer. A simple phone call is not enough to order things they would make sure that the customer comes down till the reception atleast 2-3 times literally begging for the services. About the rooms pathetic state of condition. Soiled walls, tobacco stains on walls, dirty dustbins, bad linen, air conditioner and fans are dirty as hell, washrooms are worst paint tearing of the ceiling, broken/non functional faucets. Fail to understand how still this place has high ratings in literally all the booking places something really fishy. My verdict for this place not worth spending your money.

It was my third stay at this hotelAnd each time I request them to improve the service but they didnt took it seriously.I am a frequent traveller to Agra but I will not stay there in future.

Hotel restaurant price is too high. We went outside for food.

Photos which you people upload on website Upload them real one. Its showing good pictures when we go there its ruined everything. So.small room Ac , flush , fan regulator , lights, not working .I recomend to every tourists don't book this hotel. Price also so high. There is no lift no water. Just a worst experience.

Pathetic experience...Room was not as Booking .Com shows on the portal.AC was not working and also the fan was not working properly and we were sweating the whole night. And when I complained about this the receptionist told me to give another room but It was too late in night. Cable TV was also not working and even after complaining 2/3 times no response was there on this issue.Overall as Booking.com shows the rooms it does not look like that in real.So beware users...Don't rely on the pics shared on Booking.com

The room was not clean, the sheet is not clean and already used, toiletries are not provided ,room is stinking.......overall bad experience and the most important is the pillows having blood strain ??????no one entertained your complaint

Best hospitality, Friendly staff ,Best location for Taj view, neat and clean rooms . if i came Agra next time definitely i will choose hotel laxman resort again.
