Service, room wasn't ready 3 hrs past the check-in time. I called them up and gave the arrival time and still the room wasn't ready. They made us wait 25 min, before they handed over a dirty room

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was sufficient with various selections. The location was convenient. We would stay here again.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff who were so attentive and helpful. The grounds were lovely and it was the perfect place to stay in Agra to see the Taj. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Very beautiful resort. It's absolutely huge, but the staff are mostly very helpful. Restaurant staff were extremely attentive. Food was delicious.

Wifi wasn't great, and we weren't able to get much assistance in that regard.

I feel check-in was really difficult, it could have been dealt in a smoother way. Communication about needing passports/visa’s should be clearer. The process for check-in was just very long after a tiring journey.

The cleaniness of the children's playzone esepcially the infant and toddlers play room, everything was filty and dust all over ..perfect place for kids and adults to develop allergies.

The exchange with the travel desk was difficult.I want to mention staff who went beyond annoyance to tarnish our experience during our stay at Jaypee. Do yourself a favor and get a proper Travel Department with better staff.Aazim planning was very poor and it was very difficult to get what we wanted. First of all, he sent us a driver who was very kind and dedicated but struggled with English, which made it difficult some times. The driver really did his best, but I think given the extra cost of taxi through the hotel we can expect better.Then, Aazim kept changing our desired planning behind our back by giving instructions to the driver without notifying or asking us. He suggested to add Baby Taj during our visit day, which we accepted in addition of desired Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri. We requested to do Baby Taj after Taj Mahal and before Fatehpur Sikri, both at the desk and by message, and yet, we were forced to do Baby Taj last in the day; and lost pre-booked tickets because it was too late, as we suspected. Then we asked to stop at a shop that was recommended to us instead of the Baby Taj, and once Aazim knew where we were going he redirected the driver to another place without telling us, which we considered very inappropriate. He kept calling to ask what we wanted to buy, that we just needed to see etc.Last, we needed a quick drive to enjoy dinner with friends at a nearby hotel, we said we would call for the ride back and instead he kept messaging and calling us to know how long we needed, middle of or dinner.He was the only point of contact for any travel we were able to get, which is unfortunate for such a large and nice hotel. We were very disappointed in this service. It is not only a lack of competency but sheer bad faith from this staff who was untrustworthy, forcing us to negotiate in a hotel complex that is supposed to be our safe space.

Too crowded. Parties and functions happening all around. Loud music. Lot of mosquitoes.Cant open the balcony door to sit out and relax.Not a place for travellers

We loved everything .The staff were brilliant and ensured us were safe in yr day trips with cars not provided by them , invited u to try Indian breakfast for experience, gave me lots of milk and tea in my room as I’m a tea fanatic.Restaurants were nice .The grounds are huge with a big pool , beautiful gardens with geese and birds.Bed was the best in our trip to India; room was big, bathroom big with many toilets .i would have given this 20 out of 10 if I could apart from the fact an Indian wedding was held for 3 days out of 5 we were there and the guests were noisy at 3am.There is also a bowling alley and puppet show.its five minute tuk tuk ride from the taj( go with KK the lovely old man we encountered for trips around Agra …500 rupees for the day for 2 people…see Taj Mahal, red fort , Taj nature trail , view of Taj from river , drop at a nice restaurant.or just go Taj for 100 rupees…. Great man and sons)

The security need to tell wedding guests to be quite in the corridors as they let there children scream at 3am disturbing our sleep.Adults also shouting

Aircondition doesn’t work properly in our room, there was no room service at all. The room was not cleaned, we need to call to ask for changing the towels, water and even toilet paper - not a standard of 5 star hotel

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, which are the lowest priced. The room was large and comfortable with mini fridge, ironing and tea/coffee making facilities. There was plenty of storage and the plug sockets took English 3 pin plugs so no need for an adapter. We had a lovely courtyard view from our terrace which was furnished with a table and two chairs. The hotel staff were lovely, so polite and respectful. We used the on-site Chinese restaurant twice as the food there was amazing! Breakfast was served in the buffet restaurant and there was a wide variety to choose from. The staff in both restaurants were helpful and polite. The pool area was gorgeous, only a handful of people seem to use it during the day. It was lovely to sit by the pool watching the parakeets flying around! The grounds were large and well kept and we enjoyed strolling through them looking at the interesting flora and fauna. The location was good for visiting theTaj Mahal - only a short, cheap taxi or auto ride away. The Taj itself was beyond all expectations and we visited twice. Had we been staying longer we would have gone again! We also visited Kalakriti Cultural & Convention centre which is just down the road, to watch the ‘Mohabbat the Taj‘ show which was wonderful! There was a wedding on at the hotelwhen we were there and we were lucky enough to be invited to join the celebrations, which was amazing! Although we went to bed before the celebrations had finished, we couldn’t hear any noise from our room. All in all a fantastic hotel which the photos do not do justice. We would definitely return.

The only picky point I can think of was that there were only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe, although this didn’t affect us personally as I always bring folding travel hangers as hotels rarely provide enough.

With dynamic pricing I paid 20% more than my colleague for an identical room on the same night. We booked within a day or so of each other.

The buffett variety and quality available during breakfast and dinner times was exceptional. The rooms, the place, the activities are well maintained and aggressively priced.

Food is not good in their functions

Staff was very good, courteous, helpful, fast. Huge property, nicely maintained. We enjoyed walking in the green lawns, full with variety of plants, flowers, trees, birds, ducks, squirrels, parrots, even peacocks.Breakfast buffet spread was good. Food quality and taste was great. However, I did notice that some items like Medhu Vada and Yogurt were finished and took at least 5-10 mins to re-fill. Lunch/dinner food was good. Service was fast and good as well. Overall experience with food was great.Room size was decent, neat and clean. We got connected rooms. Only problem, we noticed was that the bathtub was not sealed towards the walls due to which water will drip inside from the gaps and then come out on the floor, making the bathroom wet after each shower. But staff was quick to come and clean it.

The swimming pool was 5.5 feet deep due to which even adult and teens who are no so confident in their swimming skills were not comfortable. Like my wife got out soon as she had to stick towards the edges only. Only one tube was available for the adults which was not enough.All the games like pool, ice hockey, bowling in the Leisure mall were chargeable. Some of them could have been made complimentary.

Food was good. Staff was friendly.

We had to change the room 2 times. Firstly because it was not a twin bed and secondly due to a really bad smell in the room. There was a strong paint smell in the corridor.

It’s a huge property, loved every bit of it! Room was pretty great too & good customer service.

Jaypee has one of the smoothest running hotels i have been in. The staff is extremely courteous and prompt. Check-in and check-outs were hassle free and swift. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and elaborate with enough variety on both the days we were there. Their Chinese restaurant was one of the better ones we have ate at in the recent years. Each and every dish was amazing. Also the staff at the restaurant was very prompt in their service and we had a wonderful time. We also did a session at their Spa which was luxurious and so relaxing. They have huge lawns which we walked up and down to digest all the excellent food we had. Overall it was a great stay ... totally worth every cent you spend.
